APPLICATIONS

AcryloBond is used as an adhesion additive to concrete and two component overlay productsfor driveways, bridges, decks, commercial flooring and spalled concrete repairs and similar areaswhere long term durability and low maintenance is a primary concern.

Increases adhesion by over 50%, flex ural strength by 60%, and tensile strength by 50%.

GluGone can be used on all types of floor substrates that have glue deposits, and where water canbe used in the final rinse. It will not interfere with the adhesion of new glue or mastics, or the use ofcoatings or stains.

Non-flammable non combustible: Unlike most other glue removers, GluGone is not only nonflammable,but it will not support combustion even when soaked into rags or mops. It is much safer to use.

Emulsifiable: The GluGone formula penetrates the mastic and softens it with emulsifying action sothat after scrapping off the bulk of the glue, the remaining can be easily washed off with water. A waterwash will then leave the floor clean and ready to be re-coated with glue or any other treatment.

Fast and Easy: Just spray, mop or brush

GluGone over the mastic deposits to be removed, and let it penetrate for 20 to 45 minutes dependingon the thickness and type of mastic. When the layer is soften, just scrape it off, and rinse the floor.No further treatment is necessary.

Where the floor is to be stained, it is recommended that it be treated with Super Green to remove anyimbedded material in the pours of the concrete.

HOW TO USE

1. Apply GluGone full strength by spray, mop or brush or pour on and spread with a broom to thoroughlycover and penetrate the mastic layer. For inter ior areas, use good venti lat ion.2. Allow the GluGone to soak for 20 to 45 minutes or until the mastic is easily scrapped up. Heavyaccumulations may require a second application.3. Polyethylene or similar plastic sprayers and buckets are recommended for application. Do not useNylon brushes. CRACK REPAIR EPOXY

LUNACRETE® CRACK REPAIR EPOXY TREATMENT KIT IS A 100% SOLIDS, CONCRETEAND MASONRY CRACK TREATMENT REPAIR KIT THAT INCLUDES 1 GALLON OFRESIN AND 1 GALLON OF HARDENER. TREATING THE CRACKS IS AN ESSENTIALTASK FOR COMPLETING JOBS SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT CRACKS TRANSFERRINGINTO THE NEW SURFACE.

WHEN USING LUNACRETE® CRACK REPAIR EPOXY

When Using LunaCreteÆ Crack Repair Epoxy To treat existing cracks you must follow the followingsteps:

- Using a Hand Grinder with a diamond Crack Wheel, chase the crack and widen.

- Next using a straight blade again chase the crack in the bottom of the ìVî , shoving the blade as deepas you can to remove any weak areas.

- Then blow it out, etch it out using Super Green and then rinse thoroughly.

- Using a blower and heat gun, force dry the crack until all standing water is removed.

- Then Using LunaCreteÆ Crack Repair Epoxy , paint the sides of the crack with the epoxy.

- Add clean, dry sand to the balance of the epoxy until it thickens ( a 1-1 Ratio), pour it down into thecrack and smooth with a putty knife blade about 2-3 inches on both sides of the crack.

- While the Epoxy is still soft trowel in the 4î or 6î crack mesh tape and insure that it is covered withepoxy and worked into it well. Make sure that the mesh is completely covered by the epoxy.

- While the epoxy is still tacky sprinkle sand over it to give the Spray Coat something to grip to.

- After the epoxy has dried, Blow off the excess sand and use LunaCreteÆ Bond Coat to make a smallbatch. Which you will trowel down over the repaired crack about 6 to 8 inches to either side featheringit down down to zero.

- Be sure to allow minimum of 8 hours for Epoxy to dry before feathering out with LunaCreteÆ BondCoat.

Note: Wait until the Bond Coat mix over the crack is hard before applying Bond Coat and top coat (about an Hour)

HOW TO USE

Apply UltraPure with a pump up type sprayer. Apply at the rate of 200 ft2 per gallon for concrete and175 ft2 per gallon for polymer overlays.

1. Spray the tools. Usually one coat is sufficient.

2. Spray the surface to be stamped. Only cover an area that can be stamped in approximately 20minutes, or a second application may be needed.

3. Allow the floor to stand open for several hours for the UltraPure to evaporate.

BY HAVING ALL OF THENECESSARY INGREDIENTS PRE-BLENDED IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT, THEPROPER RATIOS OF CEMENT, SILICATES, PIGMENTS AND MODIFIERS ARECONSISTENT. HOW TO USEConcrete: Use a placeable and finishable concrete mix of the required strengthdesign with a slump not to exceed 5 inches and with no more than 3% - 6% entrainedair.First Application: The Color hardener must obtain all its moisture from the baseslab. The addition of any water will destroy the integrity of the wearing surface andcause bond failure. When most of the bleed water has evaporated from the surfaceof the concrete, cast on the color hardener allowing the material to sift through thegloved fingers while moving the hand. Apply uniformly at a rate of 30-40 Lbs. per100 sq. ft.. Apply to areas adjacent to walls, columns, forms and doorways as soonas possible as these areas lose moisture more rapidly. As soon as the colorhardenerhas absorbed moisture from the concrete beneath (noticeable by a darkening of thesurface), float the surface just enough to bring the moisture through the colorhardenerand to achieve a “Paste”.

BASIC USES

LunaCrete Verti-Crete Mix can be used for variety of vertical applications and is designed to coveralmost any type of sub straight. Verti-Crete is ideal for coating and stamping over concrete walls, cinderblock, drywall and even ICF foam.With Verti-Crete contractors can create beautiful walls, building facades, fireplaces, waterfalls, endlesssimulated stone designs and nature scapes. Because the product is lightweight, Verti-Crete can buildup to 2-inches thick with no sagging and even thicker applications may be achieved with multiple coats.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Scratch Coat- In a pail, mix 2 quarts Liquid Co-Polmyer with 8 quarts of water, Mix for 2 minutesStamp Coat- In a pail, mix 2 quarts Liquid Co-Polmyer with 7 quarts of water, Mix for 2 minutes

Note: Do not over mix the product on high speeds, as this can entrain excessive air into the mix.

SPRAY COAT™ IS A READY TO USE, CO-POLYMER MODIFIED RESURFACINGCOMPOUND ESPECIALLY FORMULATED TO BOND TO ALMOST ANY POROUSCONCRETE SURFACE. DUE TO IT’S HIGH STRENGTH AND EASY WORKABILITY,SPRAY COAT™ IS PERFECT TO REPAIR RAIN DAMAGED SLABS, SCALING OR DUSTINGCONCRETE, LOW SPOTS, CHIPPED OR DAMAGED STEPS, CURBS AS WELL AS FACINGFOUNDATIONS. SPRAY COAT™ CAN BE APPLIED FROM A FEATHER EDGE UP TO 1/2” THICK. SPRAY COAT™ CAN BE BROOM, SPRAYED OR TROWEL FINISHED.

SURFACE PREPARATIONThe concrete surface must be clean and free of all loose material, oil residue and have no sealers orpaints. Clean thoroughly by using a pressure washer with a degreaser or stripper if necessary. Etchthe surface using 1 part Muriatic acid to 4 parts water. Neutralize with an ammonia or baking sodaand water solution, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONSIn a clean 5 gallon pail measure 1 1/3 gallons of clean water (and add color pack at this time). Usinga drill with a mixing wand, slowly add the dry Spray Coatô to the water as you are running the mixingwand. Once you have added all the material, continue to mix thoroughly for 2 minutes to a plasticconsistency with no lumps. Smaller portions use the enough water to mix to a plastic consistency.

HOW TO USEPatch & leveling: Start by misting the surface with water, (surface should be damp only, no standingwater) and then apply the Patch-It compound. Screed where necessary, smooth with a round edgedfresno or pool trowel, keeping all tools clean and moist, and finish as desired. If the area to be patchedis thicker than 1”, two or more applications may be necessary. Wait until the first application is dry,(1-3 hours) and then reapply.Base Coat: Using a steel trowel or a squeegee apply an even coat of the desired color Spray Coatabout 1/16th of an inch thick. Allow to dry before continuing.Spray Coat: Using a hopper gun and an air compressor set at around 20 lbs shoot the top coat ofSpray Coat material. Before the material sets all the way, pass a pool trowel across the surface creatingflats as you go along.Finishing: After the surface is completely dry, lightly scrape the deck with a flat floor scraper. Blowoff any debris and seal. Roll or spray 2-3 coats of LunaCreteís Klear Koat. Allow 24 hrs for foot trafficor 48 hrs for auto traffic.
