• 62 y/o with recent negative screening mammography referred for management of high risk status

• Abnormal MBI scan with focal uptake posterior LIQ left breast

• Diagnostic mammography and US demonstrated no significant findings , just a subtle 1.2 cm mass at 7:00 approximately 4 cm from the nipple by US

• 9 gauge vacuum-assisted needle USCN bx results: ILC & LCIS
