REPAIR GREASE: Special mineral + aluminium complex + graphite + abrassive solids special grease. Designed to apply on damaged ordeformed gears, with unbalanced contact areas or to smooth high superficial roughness teeth flanks. It is also recommended to makepossible a running-in in short periods of time. To be applied with manual spraying devices only by our specialized technicians.

VERKOL ALCVERKOL ALC-- 00 REP00 REP

SERVICE GREASE: Sprayable high adhessive grease, based on semi-synthetic high viscosity oil, aluminium complex thickener and

special graphite. Its high viscosity base oil, graphite and a selected combination of extreme pressure and antiwear additives guarantees a

high load carrying capability and additional service-stage settlement functions, even under very high load and vibration situations. Easily

sprayable from -10 ºC. Excellent formulation to avoid overload pitting.

SERVICE LUBRICANT: semi-synthetic, extra high viscosity and transparent (solid free) lubricant compound. Latest open gear lubrication

technology. Sprayable from 5ºC. Tenacious viscoelastic structure to resist extreme loads and vibrations even at high temperatures.

Spacially designed fo all kind of rotating mills and kilns.

SERVICE LUBRICANT: same type of compound like VERKOL OC-20, but even more viscous. Sprayable from 10 ºC. Specially

recommended for ball or SAG rotating mills in the mining industry, with huge and high production capacity. The lubricant film keeps

strengh and stable until 140 ºC.

RUNNING-IN GREASE: Adhessive, sprayable, mineral + aluminium complex + graphite based grease to offer excellent temperature

balance and optimum solid lubricant dispersion during running-in. Its particular solid lubricants size combination and special selected

running-in additives promote a progressive and balanced load carrying area of flank teeth to improve the conditions to suit the gears for a

100% load service stage.

PRIMING GREASE: Adhessive mineral – lithium complex – grafite based grease for brush application. Specially recommended for new or

fitted gears before start up. Excellent adhessiveness, anti.-corrosive protection and load carrying capabilities.

PRIMING GREASE: Polymeric, clear coloured, high content of low friction coefficient solids priming compound. Stiff and adhessive.

Unbeatable anti-corrosive properties also in high vibration conditions. Special for difficult running-in tasks. Its clear color is specially useful

to visualize the evolution of the process against black running-in greases. Helps to lower temperatures in new or repaired high roughness

or damaged gearings.

MOLYWHITE SUPERMOLYWHITE SUPER

CLP semi-synthetic gear oils specially for extra loaded gearboxes. FZG load stage 14. Its load carrying capabilities is far higher than

conventional CLP oils. Highly adhessive and therefore have an excellent corrosion protection. Due to this these oils are highly

recommended for outer gearboxes subjected to temperature variations and water condensation.

systems. Contains a special solid lubricants combination to minimize friction at high temperatures. Minimum residue build up, highly

penetrating, dry lubrication at high temperatures.

High performance lithium greases with supreme aeging and water resistance. Special for all kind of electric motors. Available in NLGI

consistency grades 2 and 3.

Mineral – lithium complex special antiwear grease for electric motors working at severe load and temperature conditions. Specially

advantageous to achieve optimal sealing and larger relubrication intervals, even in vertical axis motors. Totally insoluble in water.
