Sub: Quotation in sealed cover are invited for refilling/rccondithming/refurbishing of toner/cartridgesas per duly filled in "Schedule Bit (Price Bid) with the following Details

1. Sealed quotations are invited for refilling/reconditioning/refurbishing of toner/cartridges atGujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad asper list attached/given overleaf

2. The last date for receiving the quotation is during office hours (10.30 a.rn. to 6.10 p.m.) up to13 /08/2020. Bidder has to send quotation via speed r:9~Vpost/courier/reg1ster AD o~m.person quotation will not be accepted. The enveloce must be super scribed with the"QUOTATIONFORTONER/CARTRIDGEREFILLING".

3. The rates quoted and agreed to by the University shall remain v.alid for a minimum period of 12month and no increase will be granted during the validily of the current agreement or date ofWork order

4. !)ECURITYDEPOSIT:The successfulbidder hasto furnish Serurity Deposit (nun-interest bearing) ofRs.5,OOO/-

7. The rates quoted should be for Gujarat Technologicat University, Ahmedabad inclusive ofcharges viz. packing, forwarding, duties, railway frei5h~, transit insurance etc. And freedelivery at Uni'versity stores.

conforming to the basisof rates or units asspecified in the attached sheets of conditions may notbe considered even though they may be lowest, if found necessary.

17. Right is reserved to extend the time limit after the expiry of order as per requirement ofUniversity.

18. Any variation in the rates, etc. will not be allowed on any ground such as a mistake/Misunderstandlng, etc. after the quote has been submitted.

19. In case of failure on the part of the contractor to carry out the job as required, the University isatliberty without any further notices, without sending a reminder to a contractor, to get the workdone on the account, at the risk and cost of the contractor and to prefer the claim for thedifference in expenditure and for all the expenseswhatsoever incurred in getting the unexecutedpart of work completed, which the University is wholly authorized to recover from any moneypayable to the contractor. Suchclaims be adjusted from the pending bills.

20. The University reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigningany reason21. Rights are reserved with University to cancel the order at any time without giving any further

notice if the work is not found satisfactory..22. The Unlversitv reserves the right to place Work·order partially or fuliy without assigning any

reasons.23. Judicial jurisdiction of all the dispute will be Ahmedabad (Gujarat) only.

SCHEDULE-'A'

Tender: - Refilling & Supply of Laserjet / Ink / printer cartridge.

Scopeof work:-

1. In case the toner has to taken to the workshop the delivery of the refilled /reconditioning / .refurbishing cartridges shall be made within two working days from the date of collection, inclusiveof collection day.

2. The bidder shall install the refilled tonner / cartridge / ribbon in the respective printers.3. The repair or replace part must be in warranty of-one year from the date of repair / replacement.4. Time is essence of contract. The successful bidder must perform the service as per time schedule

specified. Failure to supply and install the refill cartrldge and tenner on or before the stipulated datewill entail a penalty decided by the authority. The penalty will be deducted from the payments to bereleased to a bidder and/or the security deposit as the casemay be.

5. Payment will be made on Monthly Basis,against actual work done. The items will have to be suppliedat University ChandkhedaOffice. No transportation/ cartage chargeswill be provided for the same.

6. Asper Annexure -I, Bidder have to conform the quality, quantity & make of powder / ink / ribbon andyield per refilling.

7. As per Annexure - II, Bidder have to conform the minimum one year warrantee of repair parts.8. You have to UseOriginal Sparesfor repair or replace as per make of machine. If university will receive

any complaint from user department, your order will be terminated without prior notice.9. You have to maintain record of Spares replaced or repair and tanner / cartridge / ribbon refilling in

each machine (machine serial number also must) with Signature of authorised person of UserDepartment.

10. University GTU reserves the right for termination of contract without any financial liability of GTU'saccount, in the event any breach of contract made by us& or our services found unsatisfactorily.

1.All the information furnished by me / us here above is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

2. 1/ we have no objection if enquiries are made about the work listed by me / us in the accompanying. .sheets / Annexures.

3. 1/We agree that the decision of Gujarat Technological University in selection of contractors will be finaland binding to me / us.
