The meeting was brought to order by Jim Van Horn, Chair Person.Roll Call was taken and the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was done.

Minutes of December 1st Meeting were distributed to members. Motionmade by Jim Dougherty to accept minutes and seconded by Gloria Corcoran. Unanimously approved.

Treasurer's Report - (Feb., 2011) Balance $7,425.58, Sunshine Balance $88.17,(collected outstanding Sunshine Fund monies). Expenses: Oktoberfest extrasto Nancy McFarland, MCRC for GOP Newsletters and Gloria Corcoran sent flowersto Janice Kearney, Glenn Eckman and to Rick Brown. Motion made by DougHager to accept Treasurer's Report and seconded by Jonathan Perrone. Unanimously approved.

Jim Van Horn passed out Meeting Agenda and 2011 List of Meeting Dates.Wednesday, March 9th @7:00 PM at mEW for Endorsement Meeting. At 7 PMLower Providence Township Supervisor Candidates and 8 PM MethactonSchool Board Candidates. Reminder last day to file petitions is March 8th.Election Day is May 17, 2011. Update on what seats are open: Two (2) L.P.Twp. Supervisors and Five (5) Methacton School Bd. Seats. Format for meeting:3 minutes for Candidate speech and questions to follow. "Joint Session" witheight Worcester Township Committee Members will attend for the SchoolBoard Endorsement. Winner of endorsement based on whoever gets majorityvotes.

Supervisor Candidates: Marie Altieri, Richard Dean, Janice Kearney, Jason Sorgini,and Jill Zimmerman.
