Small batch manufacture. We are happy to undertake small batch (less than 100) manufacture at very competitive rates and delivery. We are happy to work in any material and can provide point of origin certification if required. We can also work with you to develop your product to reduce production costs and turnaround times.
Jig & Fixture design & make service. We design & make jigs and fixtures to your requirements. This service is also available on a 48 hour turnaround emergency basis. Additionally we can provide outsourced drawing office services.
Prototyping & one off's designed and/or manufactured at extremely competitive rates. We are happy to work in all materials as required. Alternatively, provide us with a design brief and let us do the hard work of developing your product for you.

Toolmaking services. We offer traditional toolmaking services at a fraction of the cost of maintaining a full tool room. This service is also available on a 48 hour turnaround emergency basis
Obsolete and unavaliable part re-manufacture. We reverse engineer and manufacture damaged, missing or worn parts which cannot be obtained from other sources. Examples of this could include engine casings, machine cams and plastic components. We can work in all materials and can offer this service on a 48 hour turnaround emergency basis.
Milling Capacity. To 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm in all materials.
Mill/Turn Capacity. To 58mm diameter. With bar feeder
CAD/CAM Capacity. Solidworks 2010 Professional CAD (3D system) & BobCad CAM system. CAD & CAM offered at competitive sub-con rates
