Designed by Ole Jensen, the OJ family consists

of a wall, a fl oor and a table fi xture. Same

harmonious idiom, yet differently interpreted.

Each fi xture has its own identity, while still

sharing a clear, common style with the others –

precisely what characterises a family.

Creative hands Ole Jensen creates his designs by hand. His

training as a potter is clearly communicated in

his organic designs. Soft and round, interspersed

with edges, beautifully displayed in his version

of a jug. His designs simply and precisely reveals

their functions to us all.

Simple is hardSimple, yet complicated. Focus on details,

focus on the whole. A new fi xture project

and a new designer, new at least to

Louis Poulsen. Ole Jensen is renowned

in Denmark for his designs particularly

of porcelain but also unique and brilliant

objects like his rubber washing-up bowl.

The washing-up bowl is testament to

Ole Jensen’s dedication to details.

Often used. But what does it really mean? Something

that lasts forever? Or something we cannot refer to

a specifi c era? We believe that Louis Poulsen lighting

belongs in any age.

Our products appear contemporary in all styles, cul-

tures and architectural settings, precisely because

we do not look for inspiration in trends, but in our

perception of lighting and aesthetics. Nothing less!

A globalised idiom. Pure and aesthetic, an almost reli-

design. Masculine simplicity, elemental contrasts –

black and white – form the basis for this super-stringent

design.

White comes in many shades. Light

and shadow constantly change in

white rooms. Pure and airy de-

signs interplaying with light and

shadow create fascinating experi-

tuated. Light is tinged in appeal-

just white.

BlackOut

Vintage décor. Moss, rot and hues of green. A mix of impressions.

No one colours an area like nature itself – everything else is an illu-

sion. Lighting is a supplement. A small garden – actually a nursery in

southern Sweden – sets the framework for this nostalgic, yet contem-

porary dream world of nature and scenery.
