OPENING ORDER: $100.00 minimum opening order. Prepaid or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) required.

REORDERS: $50.00 minimum; $5 handling charge for orders under minimum.

SHIPPING: Via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. FOB Lu"in, Texas. Shipping charges added to invoice. Allow 2-5 days for standard ground delivery. Next Day, and 2nd Day delivery are also available.

PRINTING: All cards are expertly printed on bright white premium cardstock.

ENVELOPES: White envelopes are supplied for all stationery and invitations. A printed return address (black ink only) is available on all envelopes for an additional charge. Envelopes can be mailed early for an additional charge of $10 plus shipping.

PERSONALIZATION: Invitations and stationery in the imprintable and personalized line can be customized with skin and hair color/style. Refer to Personalized pricing.

PHOTO CARDS: You can choose to add your own 4x6 photos to your photo cards. Tape is provided with your order. #e cards are 9” x 6” and accommodate a 4x6 photo.

DIGITAL PHOTOS: Your digital photo can be printed directly onto photo cards. Please email a jpeg of your photo at 300 dpi or higher to [email protected]. Image must be sent in its actual size and must be sized to !t the proportions of the sample image. Photo touch-ups not provided; the quality you provide will be the quality printed. Professional photography must accompany a release signed by the photographer. Lou Stationery Studio reserves the right to refuse to print if the image is low resolution or would compromise the design.

SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING DESIGNS: A starting fee of $25 will be charged to change a color or slight illustration changes on an existing design.

CREATING STATIONERY FROM AN EXISTING DESIGN: Coordinating stationery can be created from most invitations. A $25 custom design fee will be added to the job.

FONTS: Each invitation has been designed with a coordinating family of fonts. Please provide instruction for font or size changes.

NEW DESIGNS: Please contact us for a price quote if you would like us to create a custom design.

PROOFS & APPROVALS: You will receive an electronic proof within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday) of placing an order. Please review the proof carefully to ensure all details are accurate. By replying “approved” via email, all responsibility for information on the card is accepted, with no exceptions. Production on the order will begin once the signed proof is received. Once approved, items will be shipped in approximately 8-10 business days.

RETURNS: Products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Damage, shortage or loss claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. No exchanges without authorization; restocking fee may be apply.
