is that after 9 numbers, multiple systems become very expensive. This iswhere Modified-guarantee systems come into play.

The most basic problem is trapping all six numbers regularly.

Until you do that - it doesn't matter what System you play.

4. BE IN IT FOR THE LONG TERM

A System entry, or a LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System entry, is

NOT a magic bullet. Many Syndicates play large System entries,

especially for large Jackpots. If it was easy, they would win every week.

They dont.

These 4 combinations cost only $4, as opposed to $28 for a full System 8.

With weekly savings of $24, this saves $1,248 over a year.

At $4 per entry, you could play 7 separate entries for $28 - covering

56 numbers in all - all the numbers in most Lotteries, including somenumbers twice!

Note that the chances of all six winning numbers coming

together is 1-in-3; but the reduction in cost is 1-in-7.

This approach gives you a System-type entry, at a reasonable cost. By

playing far more numbers, e.g. 56 numbers for only $28, you gain twosignificant benefits:

A better chance of a First Dividend and

Regular small Dividends that offset the cost

of your Lotto entry.

Also, note from the Table on the preceding page that all combinations of

seven numbers are covered in just the first 7 Games. Adding an eighth

number requires a further 21 Games. To add a ninth number requires an

additional 56 Games. It is this non-linear progression that makes Full

System entries so expensive, and LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee

Systems so attractive.

A full System 9 requires 84 Games, at a cost of $84 for a $1-a-game

Lottery. The LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System 9 requires just 8games, costing $8. The savings ?

$76 per week or

It all sounds a little unreal. Theres only one way to prove it. Pick any six

numbers between 1 and 8. Now check how many you can find in the four

If you are a really stubborn non-believer take each one of the 28 games inthe full System 8 and check them, one-by-one, against the four games

above.

I guarantee you will always find at least 5 of any six numbers.

The four games above are the essential ones to preserve a minimum5-if-6 guarantee. However, if you wish to play 6, 8, 12 or any other

number of Games then you can choose your preferences from the full 28

combinations.

Lets suppose the actual numbers you picked were:

You would first play the 4 games required to guarantee 5-from-any-6.

You might then decide you wanted to play all games that included 8 and20. The more games you play the better your chances - but only four

games are essential to guarantee 5-from-any-6.

NOTE: The numbers 1-8 were used for simplicity of illustration in theoriginal demonstration. Obviously you would substitute your own

numbers, as outlined in the next Chapter.

THE SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL

To illustrate the basic principle, we will show you how we played theAustralian Lottery. 120 Numbers is very convenient for a 45-ball Lottery -

it divides into 8 different sets of 15 numbers. Our LottoMasta Syndicatedivided the 45 Lotto numbers into the best 15, the worst 15, and the middle15, in terms of the frequency with which numbers come out. We then

played each set a different number of times. You can also play 30

numbers 4 times each, or you can have a totally free structure. The

examples below illustrate how to use 120 numbers

This system can be applied to any Lottery worldwide- simply adapt the

structure. For example, you could play all the balls in a 49-ball or 54-

ball Lottery twice, with some favourite numbers played a third time.

All the preceding examples guarantee all 8 winning numbers (Australian

Lotto has 6 main numbers plus two bonus numbers) in your overall entry.

You can use any combination that adds up to 120 numbers. Note that

example two guarantees at least 16 Winning Numbers(12 in a Lottery

with no bonus numbers) because all numbers are played at least twice.

With 30 numbers played three times, you could have up to 24 WinningNumbers(18 in a Lottery with no bonus numbers). This would give you

an average of 2.4 (or 1.8) Winning Numbers. If 2 of the 10 sets had no

Winning Numbers, then you divide 24 (or 18) by 8 sets, and things beginto look promising.

YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON HOW MANY OF THE WINNING

NUMBERS FALL IN ANY ONE SET OF TWELVE NUMBERS.

The guarantee for each individual LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System

12 is a minimumof 5 Winning Numbers together in one game IFyou

have all 6 Winning Numbers. The 6th is one of the remaining 7 numbers,

so there is a fair chance of all six.

Okay, its not as grand as a full System 12 - but you can play

TWENTY THREE different LottoMasta Modified-Guarantee System

With this entry, you play only 30 numbers, but each one of them is played

several times. The downside is that it is possible you may not have a single

winning number anywhere in your entry - although this worst-case scenario

is unlikely.

The big advantage is the possible spread of winning numbers.

If your 30 numbers included all SIX winning numbers, then

you have 24* winning numbers spread over just 10 LottoMasta

Modified-Guarantee System 10s, ASSUMING you have puteach number in 4 times. This gives you an average of 2.4*

winning numbers in each of the 10 games - but some

games will be better than average, some worse.

The above assumes your 120 numbers have been input as 30 x 4 times.

You do not have to do this. The possibilities for combinations are endless.If, for example, you have always played the same 10 numbers, you might

enter these 10 numbers into the 120 six times, leaving you 20 numbers you

could enter three times. Any combination that adds up to 120 numbers is

fine, but be careful not to enter the same number twice in one game.

As mentioned before, the professionally designed Syndicate Entries

marketed by LottoMasta International use a Database, giving priority tonumbers that come out more often, but usually including all numbers once.

If, for example, the number 8 had been out 20 times in the last 50 Draws

we might include 8 as many as 6 times. If the number 23 had been out 15times we might include this 3 times. If the number 1 had only been out 5times in the last 50 Draws we might include it only once.

We look at frequency over 50, 30, 20 and 10 Draws, drawing up a Matrix,and modifying that by viewing the number of Draws since a number last

came out. You can do this by hand, although it is time consuming, or

What is a 5-from-5 System? For these Systems, you only need FIVE
