0 BChapter 1: Luck, Odds, Numbers and Knowledge

Winning a Texas lottery is much simpler than what many people would like to believe. It

depends to a large extent on luck, how you define luck, understanding your odds of winning and

choosing the right numbers that give you the best possible chance to win the Texas lottery.

How do you make luck? You see yourself as lucky. You tell yourself you‟re lucky. You hope

you‟ve become lucky. And when you have captured the feeling that luck is something made and

you are a made man because of it - throw it away. Because being lucky has nothing whatsoever

to do with winning the Texas lottery. As a matter of fact, there is no such thing as luck - and

those that swear by it are attributing their good fortunes (or lack thereof) to something that does

not exist.

The fact is you can't make luck. No one can. All you can do is attribute something to it. So, good

luck, bad luck, no luck – it doesn't matter. It doesn't help you win. It doesn't help you lost. It

doesn't help anything at all.

The winner of the Texas lottery did not just mix up a batch of good luck and sit back waiting.

Obviously, something else is at play.

or something; and that it actually plays some part in your winning or not winning, then its time to

See, winning the Texas lottery has nothing do to do with Lady Luck or fate and the quicker you

stop making excuses, the better for you. You have to believe in yourself and you can make it

happen.

The odds of winning the Texas lottery are staggering. You're only one person. The chances of

having the sole winning ticket among millions and millions of tickets and number combinations

played is colossal. True-but meaningless. Let me ask you something: Did you worry about the

odds of growing up? Did you worry that you would become another statistic when you learned to

swim, drive a car,& land a good job, take the bus out of your neighborhood?' There are odds on

each of these endeavors, you know. What about the odds of being a professional athlete? Did

those numbers stop you from playing the game? In looking for the love of your life, your true

home, or trying to discover your natural talents, did you ever take into consideration the odds of

doing it? Even once did you say to yourself, “Ahh the numbers on that are too high...guess I'll

have to find a new dream?

Look. Chances are you didn‟t worry too much at all about the odds of those tasks. You just did

them. You settled on your reason-love, money, fame, excitement, whatever-and you just did

them. One thing you did not do was focus upon the odds of accomplishing the task. The odds

meant nothing. Well the same thing goes here too.

Do you buy Texas lottery tickets? Because if you do, then you're already saying to yourself that

you are playing the game regardless of the odds. You are already doing it! So some part of you is

really saying that you can win – otherwise you wouldn't be buying a ticket, right?

You pretty much want a total LACK OF FOCUS upon things that are of no help in achieving

And what of the numbers you play? Actually, any will do. At one time or another all will be

winners. If you are going to win, the numbers you pick are only as important as you make them.

Birthdays, phone numbers, addresses and quick picks are as valid anything else. If the actual

numbers are meaningful to you, and you incorporate them into your belief system about winning,

then they will be powerful aides in helping you do so. Those of you who prefer to balance your

I had to ask myself a serious question when l started this venture: Did I think I could do such an

audacious thing as consciously win the Texas lottery? Did l REALLY believe I could win?

Doubting is a powerful thing. To be unsure if you can pull it off, to second guess things you

already believe, to go against your own gut feelings and question what you know to be true, this

is an insidious thing. So, what is the antidote to doubt? It‟s knowing. Knowing things to be true,

so true, that you can‟t mess yourself up about it. For instance, l have no doubt that you would say

your heart, the one beating in your chest, is yours. Even though you've never seen it, never

touched it or could in any way recognize it as your own if it were out there in front of you on a

table, beating, and somehow, just you didn't die from it not being in your chest- you still

wouldn‟t literally be able to recognize it as your own – and yet, without a doubt, if I ask you if

your heart is yours, you say yes. You say this because somethings you just know to be true. I

didn‟t see any reason why winning the Texas lottery was different from writing as symphony,

inventing an airplane, or achieving inner peace. These are all creative acts, the expression of

which decides who we are as people. And my friends, we are the ones who determine what we

spend our time and focus upon. We are the ones who say, This is my dream and I am going to

achieve it. But, how do we know we can. We just know like our heart.

To know something to be true, you must believe in it. Since we are all the arbiters and creators of

our own individual dreams – dreams we fully expect to realize – we all know something to be

true – we all have faith in the belief that we can do this. Otherwise, we wouldn't dare dream we

1 BChapter 2: Using duplication arrangement to win the Texas lottery

One of the possible ways to win the Texas lottery is to use the duplication theory

For this method, you need to put live continuous draw results into one group to extract those

numbers that are repeated. At times, some numbers are repeated two times or more. You need to

begin from the top (earliest) five continuous results and work your way sequentially down to the

bottom (last) five continuous results to extract all the repeated numbers. Every set of five

continuous results has its own range of repeated numbers; some could contain more and some

fewer. Later, you need to put all the repeated numbers into one table. Arrange them in order,

separate them into columns headed I to 9, I0 to I9, 20 to 29. 30 to 39, 40 to 49 etc. As we know,

every set of five continuous draw results has its own range of repeated numbers. We will show

you some interesting and logical ways to work out the numbers which might come up the next

results by grouping the first four continuous results. You need to put I0 continuous draw results

into one group to see the difference as compared to five draw results within one group. Naturally,

there are more repeated numbers in one group of 10 results. The steps mentioned below can be

used to select the numbers that have a high possibility of coming out in the next results. These

may also be the next repeated numbers. Please refer to the sample of actual results when reading

through the remainder of this chapter.

1 6 BAnalysis

Below are the repeated numbers from every set of five continuous results, sequentially from the

earliest five continuous results to the last five.

1 8 BWorking out the next winning numbers

In this section, we will show you how to work out the next results based on the formations

identified so far. To begin, we must group the earliest five continuous draw results to extract all

the repeated numbers they contain. If you wish to carry out your own analysis, please begin with

the five earliest continuous results in the numbers you selected.

Now, let‟s go back to the earliest five continuous results.

We must begin from the bottom and work our way to the top to look for all the repeated numbers.

Number 4 was the first repeated number. Mark it on the right hand side at the level where the

repetition starts. Then, mark its repetitions all the way to the top. Do the same with the other

repeated numbers.

The pattern of the results will show you how to select the next winning number. The numbers in

bold and italic are the newly repeated numbers found after the next results are drawn. Any

numbers may come out in the new results. But, using the formations, we are able to select the

numbers that are most likely to come out in the next results and to predict the possible

formations. By doing this, we could also eliminate quite an amount of numbers that are unlikely

to come up.

In the analysis below, some repeated numbers from four continuous results have been extracted

before the following drawing. And after the next results were drawn, some new repeated

numbers (highlighted in bold and italics) were formed or generated. Mark these numbers on the

right hand side at the level where they are located (pointed by little arrows), and then mark them

all the way to the top.

Numbers 26, 34 and 43 are repeated in the new results. Numbers 1 to 19 are not repeated

possibly to shape the formations of two numbers (4 and 8) in a row and single number (17) in a

row.

Numbers 17 and 41 are repeated in the new results. Numbers 1 to 9 and 30 to 39 are not repeated.

These numbers do not change the shape the formations of a single number (17 and 34) displayed

in a row. Also, numbers 20 to 29 are not repeated just to let this portion to be empty. No numbers

from 1 to 9 are repeated, so there is formation of two numbers (4 and 8) in a row. Number 41 has

been inserted possibly to extend the formation of two numbers (41 and 43) in a row.

This iterative formation of numbers will lead you to the right winning number that can help you

to win millions of dollars.

Alternate Method

This section explains another method to deal with the numbers that did not come up in the new

results.

For example, in this sequence, the numbers 3, 8, 21 and 5 do not appear in the analysis.

This round, you need to pit 10 continuous results into one group. You may find some of the

missing numbers that did not appear in the previous group of five.

Here, we begin from the top (earliest) 10 continuous results and work sequentially to the bottom

(last) 10 continuous results to find out how the next results (new results) have been produced.

Naturally, there are more repeated numbers as compared to five results in one group, at least

double the total of numbers repeated in five results in one group and, at times, as much as three

times as many.

Sometimes, one or few numbers in the new results do not come up in the 10 results in one group.

When the numbers are analyzed, it can be inferred that there is no apparent formation of repeated

numbers in the 10 results in one group as compared to the five results in one group. Most of the time,

these columns are packed with numbers displayed in a row but, at times, a single number or a few

numbers displayed in a row can be seen.

You can compare the difference. More results in one group produce more repeated numbers. The total

amount of repeated numbers in 10 results in one group could be as many as three times the total of their

respective five results in one group.

If you're going to be a serious Texas lottery player, it‟s important to track the numbers with some

Don't worry about what other people are doing. The X represents a game in which a particular

number did not play. A shaded or clear square indicates the opposite. By tracking the numbers,

you can learn a lot about a number‟s behavior and personality. Find your own personalized path

to winning. I‟ve met people who still use clunker type- writers to type out manuscripts because it

impedes the writing process for the purpose of putting out superb manuscripts.

1 9 BSetting Up Your Own Spreadsheet

To set up your spreadsheet, across the top, you‟d list how many numbers are in your particular

lotto game. The numbers in the Far left-hand column are the numbers that tell you what line

you're on.

Keep in mind the numbers at the bottom of the spreadsheet mirror the exact numbers at the top.

This makes it easy to reference numbers from the top or bottom of the spreadsheet especially as

One technique I use is color-coding my spreadsheet. When a number hits. I indicate the win with

a dark gray square. The shaded columns done in yellow make patterns stand out. The numbers

that I am going to play are highlighted in green.

These numbers tell you how many times a number has won or how popular a number is in

comparison no other numbers. This is important to keep track of a popular number that will

continue to hit for a certain amount of time. Play it while it's hot.

From the total wins you can develop ratios to help predict when two adjacent numbers might

strike. If two numbers have won nearly equal amount of times and each show some sort of

formation, there's a good chance the numbers could strike together. For example, the numbers

three and four (line four) hit together when both numbers garnered 15 wins and were two games

out.

Let‟s take a look at another example. Numbers 2, 3, and 5 hit at eight games out. The shaded

sections of number 12 show an ascending formation. The shaded section for the number 12

shows an ascending formation: a win at three games out followed by a win at four games out.

The numbers 17 and 18 hit at four games out. The number 15 may be in a descending formation

going from 12 games out to two games out. Keep in mind that not all formations or patterns are

elegant.

3 BChapter 4: Ways to improve your luck

What is luck? That's a good question. I never thought about the subject of luck until I started

playing the Texas lottery a year and a half ago. Today, I have a better understanding of what luck

is and how it can be applied to everyday living.

I believe the amount of luck we experience in our lives has a lot to do with how we define life.

About every six months or so, l update my definition of life that I store in a text file on my

computer. My definition of life is always evolving-never stagnant. Life really is what you make

it.

Luck is being open to opportunities by making preparations such as developing new skills.

Luck is about 'recognizing' an opportunity. Example: Being at a garage sale by making the effort

to be there on time with enough cash and courtesy to purchase bargains.

Luck is about participating in events-not just being a spectator. You can't win the Texas lottery if

you don‟t play.

Luck is being at the right place at the right time. Example: Buying scratch-it tickets upon release

of a new game that may pose more winners to entice player tum out.

Luck is understanding how one‟s intuition works by paying close attention to how you feel and

listening to your inner guidance system.

Luck is a strong belief and understanding in achieving a challenging goal.

Luck is a „can do‟ attitude.

Luck is about applying lateral thinking.

Luck is asking For help and input from others whenever possible.

4 BChapter 5: Numerology and Texas lottery

Numerology can teach us a lot about Texas lottery and picking the right winning numbers. There

are many variations to it and one of the best one is giving value to every letter of the alphabet.

For example, if your name is John Smith or Janet Jones, then your values are:

There are 9 numbers in all which can be used 3 at a time to make 3 entries of 6 numbers on the

Texas lottery. You can use them as they are added from 1 to 44 in this way.

(1-7-15) (20-21-25) (34-36-44), or, write down the 9 numbers separately on pieces of paper. and

put them in a hat or something to draw them out in 3‟s, one at a time, or 3 at a time. For example,

you can use,

01-07-15, as the first three numbers

20-21-25, the second 3 numbers, and,

34-36-44, the last 3 numbers.

In this instance:-

Combine 01-07-15 with 20-21-25 to make the first entry of 6 Texas lottery numbers.

Combine 01-07-15 with 34-36-44 for the second line of your 6 numbers, and finally,

Combine 20-21-25 with 34-36-44 to make your 3rd, entry.

Or, as I have mentioned above, you can draw them out of a hat or whatever, to make the same

entry in exactly the same manner.

In this kind of entry, the guarantee is that if you get 6 numbers among the 9 numbers here, or any

other 9 numbers of your own choice, used in exactly the same way, (3 at a time), you will have at

least 4 numbers in each of your 3 entries. Or. if you have just 5 numbers, you are guaranteed to

have 4 numbers in at least one of the 3 lines of your entries.

Now, tackling the second name, Janet Jones, which has I0 letters, divisible by 2 or 5 only. You

will need to divide them in 5 pairs, and using the same method as with the trios in the John Smith

example, you will indeed need 3 pairs at a time to make the 6 Texas lottery numbers. If you

don‟t know, taking 3 pairs at a time from 5 pairs makes I0 combinations of 6 numbers, for

example. Pairs, (1), (2), (3), (4), (5). Choosing them 3 at a time would produce the following I0

combinations, or entries of 6 numbers for you.

Therefore, it would be 10 entries on the Texas lottery. In the same manner, you can use 8

numbers, or 4 pairs to make just four entries, taking any 3 pairs of numbers to form 4 pairs.

From the above numerology alphabetical values I gathered that not just the alphabets, but all

numbers also are valued or added in total to 9, in the following manner. Therefore, whenever I

mention number l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 in the following pages, I am talking about, and referring to

the following chart, which you must digest first. If I mention number 4, it would mean all the

numbers that add up to 4. Below you will see that 4, 13, 22, 31, 40 and 49 are all number 4

numbers, when you add the digits up.

I would like you to memorize this and make it a habit of yours to look at any given number in its

added value, between l and 9. For example 4681, when added, 4+6+8+1= 19. Which, when

added in the same manner is l+9 = 10. Now disregard the zero, and 4681 is Number 1. I am sure

you understand what I have just explained.

This is the fundamental rule to everything I am going to say in the following pages of this book,

and in all of my systems, suggestions, ideas. will involve the above definition of numbers l to 9.

So, please spend a little time to get to know it really well. I have charted more than 10 years

National Texas lottery/Lotto results/numbers in the same fashion. You are going to learn some

fascinating facts about the Texas lottery applying my methods of recording the results and

analyzing the Texas lottery draw numbers.

Please remember that it does not have to be 49 numbers to apply this method. You can apply this

method for any amount of numbers, and, anything you bet on, and in any country. If the numbers

are more than 49, think of them in term of I to 9 principle only, and convert the bigger numbers

by adding each numeral. Therefore, if some Texas lottery had 90 numbers in total, you will apply

the same method. I have also given Even/Odd numbers drawn, and how many of the numbers

between

l and 9, all the winning numbers come from. As you will appreciate that you do not need to cover

all 9 numbers, as you only need 6 winning numbers on most of the lotteries worldwide. This cuts

down the odds drastically in your favor. All numbers get drawn, so if you stick to your entry

made from 6 numbers, you are going to succeed. If your 6 numbers were chosen say from

number 1 to 6, as I have explained above, that makes 34 numbers in total. You will of course

only pick them from a particular set of 6 different numbers between l and 9. Using this, my

method, if you deliberately choose any one of the 6 combinations of numbers from 9 numbers,

your chances of winning any prize on the Texas lottery/pools are increased greatly.

In the above suggestion you will pick your 6 numbers from the following l to 6 ones.

These numbers are of course:

As you most probably know that getting any 6 numbers from 49 numbers, the odds are

13,983,816/l, nearly l4 million to l against you. Using these particular numbers from l to 6, (34

numbers in all), reduces the odds from I4 millions to l to 1,344,904/1, a very big reduction

indeed. These are the highest odds, which appears in my way of playing the Texas lottery. If you

are familiar with one of the commercial Internet Texas lottery Websites, you will see that e-

Texas lottery for example brags about cutting the odds from 1 in l4 millions to l in 1.9 million,

„Dramatically improve your odds of winning a prize'. In the following pages you will see an

example where odds of winning not just any prize, but the JACKPOT itself was as low as 462/l.

Can you believe it? Well, read on, and you would believe it.

However if you were to make your entry by using all the numbers from 5 to 9, which are 25

numbers in total, and adding any one from l, 2, 3,4, (6 numbers), the total numbers you pick your

entry from is thus reduced to 31, and the odds to 735,281 to 1, a further drastic reduction in odds.

Therefore, please don‟t take too much notice of those negative thinkers, who will tell you that no

matter what you do, and how you pick your numbers, the odds against you are still I4 million to l.

Now you can tell them, no, they are not! Be positive all the time if you really want to win the

Texas lottery.

You can cut the odds of winning the jackpot itself to just a few hundreds to one in your favor:

For example, picking any 6 numbers from 12 numbers gives a permutation total of 924 entries. It

was possible to trap all 7 drawn winning lotto numbers, including of course the bonus-ball from

these particular 12 numbers. When you think that getting all 7 numbers from 49 numbers have

staggering odds of 85,900,584/1. Compare this to the odds of just 792/1, which would have got

you the 6 winning numbers, and the Bonus ball.

If you play just one line on the Texas lottery, you still have a much better chance of winning a

prize, if you pick your numbers the way I have shown you. But, in my experience you need to

play at least 3 lines. And, the very best method of picking the 3 lines entry is that you decide how

many, and which numbers from l-9 numbers you consider lucky for you, or, have some other

meanings. Say your name is John Smith as in the example given above; you would pick your

lotto numbers from,

For John it would be 1568 and 12489 for Smith.

John has 21 numbers in all and Smith has 28 numbers. Therefore, for John you would pick 6

lotto numbers or a permutation of several lines of 6 lotto numbers from the following numbers:

And for Smith,

In Janet Jones case it would be.

Therefore, for Janet you would pick numbers from 1 2 5 and for Jones from 1 5 6. Or, you

combine the numerals from both the names to have your Texas lottery pools from the numbers 1

2 5 6.

For your 3 mines entry, you will pick 9 numbers from the 21 numbers for John. Or, from the 28

numbers for Smith.

Janet (1 2 5) numbers are 17 in total as below

And Jones (1 5 6) are just 16 numbers.

Once you get used to looking at numbers in this manner, like myself, you will see every number

while being drawn, as l,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. If and when the Texas lottery machine draws number 45,

I look at it as number 9. You will be well rewarded once you get used to seeing Texas lottery, or,

Football Pools coupon numbers in this way. You should find it fascinating too, as I still do.

If you wish to win a prize on the Lotto, perhaps start by picking your six numbers from any of

the 2 numbers between 1 and 9. Not only just 2 numbers have produced all 6 Jackpot numbers

twice, but one of them also had the Bonus Ball as well. Anyway, any 2 of the numbers produce 3,

4, 5, and even 5 + Bonus Ball on a regular basis.

Any 2 numbers from 9 numbers = 36 combinations

Please note that 516, underneath column l, and 469 under column 5 just above here are the draw

numbers in the Results Charts, when number l and 2, and, l and 6 had produced all 6 numbers

drawn in those Texas lottery draws. I have given the winning draw numbers for every

combination, which follows. Of course, those as yet blank have not produced all 6 winning

numbers. But, they would have produced other combinations of winnings from 3 numbers to 5+

the Bonus Ball.

If you were to choose your 2 numbers from l to 4 numbers, i.e. 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 2-3, 2-4, and, 3-4,

they will total 12 numbers in all. If you choose only one of your number from 1 to 4, and the

second number from 5 to 9, they will total 11 numbers. And, of course, if you choose them only

from 5 to 9, they total 10 numbers in all. It is feasible to win the Jackpot from using any of the 10

combinations of 2 numbers from 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. If you did, and it is possible, the odds of you

getting all 6 winning numbers are as low as just 210 to 1. You don‟t believe it. Do you,

especially, when you hear others tell you that it is 14 million to one chance!

In the chart below in column one for example, all six numbers were drawn from 1, 2 and 3

numbers, and 1, 2 and 3 numbers are,

2 and 3, you are choosing them from 18 numbers only at the odds of 18564/1.

By picking any 3 numbers from between 5 and 9, you will be picking your 6 numbers lotto

entry/entries from just 15 numbers. For example, if you had chosen say, numbers 5, 6 and 8 as

your 3 numbers to pick your 6 lotto numbers from, you would indeed be picking them from the

following I5 numbers.

I have to tell you that these I5 numbers have produced 6 jackpot numbers 3 times on the UK

Lotto already. And, believe it or not, I have missed out getting all 6 numbers twice out of the 3

jackpots. These 15 numbers have also produced 5+Bonus Ball, 5, 4 and 3 numbers many times

over the 10 years or so. Therefore, whichever combination of specific numbers of your own

choice you pick, from time to time, they will be winning minor prizes while you are waiting for

the Big One.

Chapter 6: Psychic Techniques

Some people will tell you that trying to use psychic abilities for personal gain will do you no

good whatsoever; that it might even backfire and bring bad luck to punish you for misusing your

psychic abilities. Rubbish.

It seems to me that these are very negative attitudes, designed to instill a sense of fear and

hopelessness into people and prevent them doing something that might bring a lot of pleasure

into their lives.

There is no harm whatsoever in invoking the universe‟s spirit of generosity and allowing it the

opportunity to manifest a little material funding for your personal dreams and ambitions, so long

as the spirit of generosity, in turn, manifests through you and enables others to benefit from your

good fortune.

The big question here though is: does trying to win using psychic techniques actually work ?

In my experience, it definitely does. Though there is an element of destiny linked to these

matters and if you are meant to win the big one, you will. If you are not, you will not. No matter

how hard you try.

On the other hand, if you don‟t even try, you can‟t possibly win because you haven't given the

universe the opportunity to allow you the pleasure.

The idea that I could use psychic abilities to help win the Texas lottery first occurred as the result

of a dream.

I‟d woken one morning and in the half-conscious state between dreaming and waking, I found

images of numbers coming into my mind. Some were completely clear, some were a little hazy,

but even in that dream-like state, I realized that the numbers may be a winning Texas lottery line

and the shock jarred me awake. I leapt out of bed to write them down.

Unfortunately, the waking mind finds it extremely difficult to hold what the dreaming mind has

seen. The two states of consciousness are worlds apart. The numbers which had been crystal

2 2 BPreparation for Basic Psychic Techniques

Before we tackle any methods for actually picking winning Texas lottery numbers, you‟ll need to

learn some basic psychic development techniques; relaxation, breath control, meditation,

visualization, projection.

You‟ll also need to familiarize yourself with the concepts of auras and chakras.

Normally, all this is learnt by people who are already aware that they have some degree of

psychic ability and wish to improve it.

Similar exercises are part of the basic training given to would-be mediums at spiritualist

churches or in psychic development classes.

They have the potential to awaken dormant parts of your psyche and allow you to experience

your hidden psychic and spiritual dimensions.

For most, this will be totally unknown territory. Whatever you‟re level of experience; work with

this section thoroughly before moving on. What you will be learning here is fundamental to all

the different techniques you will encounter and learn in this field.

All rely on your ability to switch from normal, everyday consciousness, into a state of increased

intuitive perception. This is not something to be done lightly, or tried for a laugh. If you have a

history of mental health problems, a tendency to anxiety, depression or paranoia, this is

definitely not for you.

Most important, do not attempt these exercises if you have been drinking alcohol or have taken

any drugs, particularly anything with hallucinatory effects. You will be opening up your

connections to those spiritual realms that are normally hidden to us.

You need a safe, firm foundation to work on.

They have the potential to change you and your life far more than a win on the Texas lottery will.

2 3 BBreath Control

Firstly, it has to be said that the development of any psychic abilities you may have is all in the

mind. That is not intended in a derisory sense. lt is meant literally. The principal tool you use for

this work is your mind and the creative power of your imagination. What some people would call

your mind‟s eye or inner vision.

You cannot physically travel into the future and see next week‟s winning Texas lottery numbers.

Your mind can. You simply have to train it so that what you see is not in your imagination, but in

the reality that will become the future.

Some of the techniques we are going to use are generally called visualization, though more

recently, various governments that use them as covert spying tools refer to them by the term

remote viewing.

First though, you need to learn to relax in order to access the deeper subconscious states where

this can become possible.

Whatever you do, don't try any of it lying down or you will reach a deeply conscious state. You'll

just fall asleep.

Don‟t force yourself into any special yoga poses either. You don‟t have to meditate with your

legs crossed in the lotus position. Just sit upright in a comfortable chair and keep your back as

straight as possible.

Breath and mind are very closely linked. When you slow your breathing, your pulse

automatically slows down and so does your mind, along with all your other bodily functions. So

the first step in meditation is to focus on your breathing and regulate it to a slow, calm, even

rhythm.

Close your eyes and let out three long deep breaths, almost like sighs. With each of the first two

breaths, imagine you are releasing all the worries of the day, all your pent-up frustrations, all

your anger and anything else a bit negative. On the third breath, let it out with a sigh of relief and

relaxation.

Now begin to make your breaths slow, deep and even. Make them as long and as regular as you

can. Don‟t think about anything else at this stage, simply focus your total attention on your

breathing.

To make sure it‟s even, count slowly to six on the in-breath, hold it for a beat, then count the

same number on the out-breath. If six is too many, try counting to four. Try to remain relaxed. If

you feel uncomfortable or it begins to feel a strain, it will defeat the object of the exercise.

Eventually, you‟ll find that concentrating on your breathing brings a sense of calm and relaxation.

This in itself is a form of meditation and you should notice it bringing about a change in your

state of consciousness.

Go with the flow and enjoy it. Tell yourself that with every breath you are getting more and more

relaxed.

Tell yourself that every breath takes you deeper into a state of perfect harmony with all things.

Do it for as long as you like.

When you feel you have achieved a deep state of relaxation, you are ready for the psychic

techniques outlined later in the book and can use this exercise to prepare you for them.

If you‟d like to try an alternative relaxation exercise, there are two more.

When you have tried all three, use the one you are most comfortable with to form the preliminary

relaxation stage of your meditation practice.

Incidentally, they do have side effects. Since they are can induce a deep sense of peace and

harmony with the universe, you could experience a flash of mystical revelation. On a more

physical level, they can help to release tension and stress, which, in turn, can help reduce blood

pressure and lessen the risks of strokes or a heart attack.

So you will be learning something you can use anytime, or as a regular daily or weekly practice,

This exercise is an alternative to the last; though you can do both if you want the difference is

First it fills your feet, then, inch by inch, rises to your ankles, calves and thighs.

At the top of your legs, the water floods your abdomen. As it rises, it cleanses you, washing

As it rises to your chest, it washes away all tension and emotional unrest. As it fills your chest, a

the inside of your arms, it relaxes every muscle.

As it rises past your neck and fills your head, it quiets your mind and allows a stillness to settle.

There is not so much as a faint ripple within you. You are totally calm, at rest and at peace with

the world. Like a still pond on a summer‟s day.

Hold the sensation of being full of cool, clear water for as long as you like. When you‟re ready,

water, it doesn‟t need a real exit. The best place for it to go is out of your feet into the Earth.

In the systems of mysticism emanating from India and Tibet, there is an understanding that our

everything in their environment is both in affect and effect with them. They deeply understand

force of everything on their planet. So too, your resonance is both in affect and effect to your

environment. We are not talking about environment in the way of recycling and using less fossil

resonate at the same frequency create resonance and resonance sets up the attracting force. This

one. Isn‟t that cool? No effort needed. It just complies. 'That‟s resonance!

Again let me ask you, is this starting to make senses? Just stop for a moment, don‟t just rush

through because this is important! Think about it. The second tuning fork didn‟t analyze whether

it should or shouldn't resonate with the first tuning fork. It didn't judge it as a good or bad thing;

As you probably know, there are many different number lotteries. To date, Illinois plays a 6/54

(that is, each participant picks six numbers between 1 and 54), California has a 6/51, Canada
