    Customer Satisfaction

    (Based on Spring 2006 Survey)

    > 33% of ridership chooses Metro to commute to/from work

    > 86% of ridership said that Metro’s image is improving

    > 82% of ridership said that Metro bus service is better now than last year

    > 85% of ridership said, “I am satisfied with Metro service.”

    Public Opinion

    (Based on Fall 2006 General Public Survey)

    > 84% feel that Metro cares about providing quality service

    > 73% are aware of bus service in their neighborhood (up 18 points from 2004)

    > 62% say that Metro’s image is better than last year (up 15 points from 2004)

    > 75% identified Metro as public service provider in LA County
