SIGN OF THE CROSS
In the name of the Father, and of the
Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
COME HOLY SPIRIT
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of
your faithful, and kindle in them the
fire of your love. Send forth your
Spirit and they shall be created.
And You shall renew the face of the
earth.
Let us pray: O, God, who by the light
of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the
hearts of the faithful, grant that by
the same Holy Spirit we may be truly
wise and ever rejoice in His
consolation, Through Christ Our
Lord. Amen.
PRAYER TO KNOW ONE’S VOCATION
Lord, my God and my loving Father,
you have made me to know you, to
love you, to serve you, and thereby
to find and to fulfill my deepest
longings. I know that you are in all
things, and that every path can lead
me to you. But of them all, there is
one especially by which you want me
to come to you. Since I will do what
you want of me, I pray you, send
your Holy Spirit to me: into my
mind, to show me what you want of
me; into my heart, to give me the
determination to do it, and to do it
with all my love, with all my mind,
and with all of my strength right to
the end. Jesus, I trust in you. Amen

VOCACIÓN
Señor, mi Dios y mi amado Padre,
que me has hecho conocerte,
amarte, servirte, y por lo tanto para
encontrar y para realizar mis deseos
más profundos. Yo sé que tu estás en
todas las cosas, y que todos los
caminos me pueden llevar a ti. Pero
de todos ellos, hay uno en especial
por la que deseas que yo vaya a ti.
Dado que voy a hacer lo que quieras
de mí, te lo ruego, envía tu Espíritu
Santo a mí: en mi mente, para que
me muestres lo que quieras de mí,
en mi corazón, para tener la
determinación de hacerlo, y hacerlo
con todo mi amor, con toda mi

ACT OF FAITH
O my God, I firmly believe the
sacred truth, which the Holy
Catholic Church teaches, because
You have revealed them, who can
neither deceive nor be deceived.
Amen.
ACT OF HOPE
O my God, relying on your infinite
goodness and promises, I hope to
obtain pardon of my sins, the help of
your grace, and life everlasting,
through the merits of Jesus Christ,
my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
ACT OF LOVE
O my God, I love you above all
things, with my whole heart and soul,
because you are all good and worthy
of all my love. I love my neighbor as
myself for the love of you. I forgive
all who have injured me and I ask
pardon of all whom I have injured.
Amen.
ACT OF CONTRITION
My God, I am sorry for my sins with
all my heart. In choosing to do
wrong and failing to do good, I have
sinned against you whom I should
love above all things. I firmly intend,
with your help, to do penance, to sin
no more, and to avoid whatever
leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus
Christ suffered and died for us. In
His name, my God, have mercy.

Dios mío, me arrepiento de todo
corazón de todo lo malo que he
hecho y de lo bueno que he dejado
de hacer; porque he pecado te he
ofendido a ti, que eres el sumo bien
y digno de ser amado sobre todas las
cosas.
Propongo firmemente, con tu gracia,
cumplir la penitencia, no volver a
pecar y evitar las ocasiones de
pecado. Por nuestro Salvador Cristo
Jesús que sufrió y murió por

Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name. Thy
kingdom come, Thy will be done on
earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this
day our daily bread, and forgive us
our trespasses, as we forgive those
who trespass against us. And lead us
not into temptation, but deliver us
from evil. Amen.
HAIL MARY
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is
with thee. Blessed are thou among
women and blessed is the fruit of thy
womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of
God, pray for us sinners now and at
the hour of our death Amen.
GLORY BE
Glory be to the Father and to the
Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was
in the beginning, is now and will be
forever. Amen.
THE APOSTLES’ CREED
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Creator of Heaven and earth, and in
Jesus Christ, his only Son, Our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under
Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and
was buried; he descended into hell; on
the third day he rose again from the
dead; he ascended into heaven, and is
seated at the right hand of God the
Father almighty; from there he will come
to judge the living and the dead. I believe
in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic
Church, the communion of saints, the
forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of
the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

THE NICENE CREED
I believe in one God, the Father
almighty, maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus
Christ, the Only Begotten Son of
God, born of the Father before all
ages. God from God, Light from
Light, true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial
with the Father; through him all
things were made. For us men and
for our salvation he came down from
heaven, and by the Holy Spirit
was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and
became man. For our sake he was
crucified under Pontius Pilate, he
suffered death and was buried, and
rose again on the third day in
accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven and is
seated at the right hand of the
Father. He will come again in
glory to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord,
the giver of life, who proceeds from
the Father and the Son, who with the
Father and the Son is adored and

LOS MANDAMIENTOS DE LA
SANTA MADRE IGLESIA
1º: Participar en la Misa los domingos y
fiestas de guardar.
2º Observar los días de ayuno y
abstinencia establecidos por la Iglesia.
+ Días de ayuno y Abstinencia:
miércoles de Ceniza y el viernes Santo -
una sola comida no se permite ninguna
carne.

MYSTERIES OF THE ROSARY
The Joyful Mysteries
1. The Annunciation - Mary learns
that she has been chosen to be the
mother of Jesus. Make me a humble
servant, Lord.
2. The Visitation - Mary visits
Elizabeth, who tells her that she will
always be remembered. Grant me
true love of my neighbor.
3. The Nativity - Jesus is born in a
stable in Bethlehem. Grant me
poverty of spirit.
4. The Presentation - Mary and
Joseph take the infant Jesus to the
Temple to present him to God.
Help me to obey all just laws.
5. The Finding of Jesus in the
Temple - Jesus is found in the
Temple discussing his faith with the
teachers. May I never lose You
through serious sin.
The Sorrowful Mysteries
1. The Agony in the Garden - Jesus
prays in the Garden of Gethsemane
on the night before he dies. Grant
me true sorrow for my offenses.
2. The Scourging at the Pillar - Jesus
is lashed with whips. Help me
moderate my appetite.
3. The Crowning with Thorns - Jesus
is mocked and crowned with thorns.
Curb my pride.
4. The Carrying of the Cross - Jesus
carries the cross that will be used to
crucify him. Help me to carry my
cross patiently.
5. The Crucifixion - Jesus is nailed to
the cross and dies. On my last day,
may I commend my soul to You.
MISTERIOS DEL ROSARIO
Misterios Gozosos
1. La encarnación –Maria se entera
que ha sido escogida para ser la madre
de Jesús. Aprenderé de la Virgen, a vivir
con humildad y a cumplir con alegría la
voluntad de Dios.
2. La visitación – La Virgen Maria
visita a su prima Isabel. Aprenderé de la
Virgen, el servir a los demás con amor.
3. El nacimiento - Jesús nace en un
pesebre en Belén. Amaré como
Jesús, la sencillez y la pobreza.
4. La presentación – Maria y José
llevan al niño Jesús a presentar al
templo. Aprenderé a obedecer la ley
de Dios en todo momento.
5. El niño es perdido y hallado en el
Templo –Jesús es encontrado en el
templo escuchando y preguntando a
los maestros de la ley. Aprenderé de
San José y la Virgen a buscar
siempre con anhelo a Jesús. Los Misterios Dolorosos
1. La Oración en el Huerto - Jesús
ora en el huerto de Getsemaní, la noche
antes de morir. Concédeme un
verdadero arrepentimiento de mis
pecados.
2. La Flagelación en el Pilar - Jesús
es azotado con látigos. Ayúdame a
soportar mis sufrimientos.
3. La Coronación de Espinas - Jesús
es burlado y coronado de espinas.

4. The Transfiguration of Jesus.
Jesus is revealed in glory to Peter,
James, and John.

Jesus says,

When have I not set my heart on God? When have I loved the things of this
world or my own preferences more than God?
Have I listened to the word of God?
Am I faithful to prayer? Do I learn the teachings of the Church and strive to keep
them? Have I hesitated to defend my beliefs in the presence of others? Do I fear
to let others know I am a Christian?
Do I pray daily? Do I lift my mind and heart to God or merely recite words?
Do I ask God's help in time of temptation?
Do I keep God's name holy? Do I respect God and others by choice of words,

Does the hope of eternal life guide the decisions in my life? Have I grown in
the Spirit through prayer and self-denial? Have I tried to control my bad
inclinations and passions, like envy or excessive love of food or drink? Have I
been proud and boastful? Have I imposed my will on others?
Have I used my time, health, and strength for the sake of the Gospel? Do I
squander them on lesser goods? Have I been lazy and too much given to leisure?
Have I patiently accepted the sorrows and disappointments of life? Have I
fasted and abstained when the Church asks me to?
Do I practice chastity out of respect for my body and the bodies of others?
Have I given in to sensuality? Have I indulged in reading, conversation, websites,
and entertainments contrary to Christian and human decency? Have I led others
to sin by my failure to maintain these standards? Have I been faithful to my

Have I always tried to act in the true freedom of the children of God according to

Oh Querido Jesús, humildemente
imploro que concedas tus gracias
especiales a nuestra familia. Que
nuestra casa será santuario de paz,
pureza, amor, trabajo y fe. Te ruego,
amado Jesús, que nos protejas y
bendigas a todos nosotros, ausentes y
presentes, vivos y muertos.
Oh María, Madre amorosa de Jesús y
Madre nuestra, ruega a Jesús por
nuestra familia, por todas las familias
del mundo, protege la cuna de Pas
recién nacidos, las escuelas de los
jóvenes y sus vocaciones.
Bendito San José, santo guardián de
Jesús y de María, ayúdanos con tus
oraciones en todas las necesidades de
la vida. Pide a Jesús la gracia especial
que te otorgo a ti: velar por nuestra
casa, por los enfermos y moribundos,
para que con María y contigo, el cielo
encontré a nuestra familia intacta en el
Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. Amén.
