Family BBQ Reflections
It was awesome, except for when Santa came - the little kids all got icy poles first! By Mikayla
It was fun and I really liked
how all the parents and families could
see mine and Jasmine's dancing for our
Christmas carol. By Matilda
I felt nervous because I had to present in front of everyone. I was also embarrassed when everyone sang happy birthday to me! By Daniel
I felt nervous and embarrassed, but then I felt fine once I got out there. By Ashton
On Tuesday we had our state-wide
transition day. All students across Victoria moved into their 2018 home groups. Our Ruby Red class for 2018 consisted of five new foundation students and eleven year one students. We had a great day working literacy, numeracy and Christmas activities. I was very
impressed with the year one students (current foundation students) for setting a great example of how we are ‘REAL’ students at Nilma Primary. We had such a fantastic day and we all enjoyed
working together as a new class. I want to say a huge thank you to the *current foundation students, I was very proud of you all in your new year one leadership roles.
