NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE
Ordinance No. 7900 passed on December 15, 2020, amending the
Amarillo MunicipalCode to codify an amendment to the Amarillo City
Charter, Article V, Section 12(a);providing for severability;
providing for repealer; providing for publication and
effectivedate; directing certification to the Texas Secretary of
the State.
It is an offense to violate any part of this ordinance,
punishable upon conviction inaccordance with Section 1-1-5 of the
Amarillo Municipal Code of Ordinances.
This ordinance shall become and be effective on and after ten
(10) days following thedate of its second publication as required
by the Charter of the City of Amarillo but in noevent later than
January 4, 2021.

wedding anniversary on December 24th.
Clyde Darrell and Joy Anita Willis were wed on December 24th,
1950 in Altus, Oklahoma where they were both born and raised.
After their wedding C.D. served as a staff sergeant in the U.S.
Army in Korea.
Soon after returning from his service they moved to Amarillo
where they still reside.
They have three children: Kevin, Karla and Kerry. They have 3
