Day 1Sacred Valley & Inca Trail

Breakfast Meet at 7am in loki Cusco’s bar for breakfast. Any one item on the breakfast menu is included in your package!

Drive to Ollantaytambo The drive will take around 1 1/2 - 2 hours

Pinkuylluna Ruins Visit to the Inca Granaries above Ollantaytambo. Your guide will teach you some history of the Incas and the Sacred Valley

Lunch at Santa Maria Drive to Santa Maria will take approx 3 hours. Buffet lunch included before the afternoon hike

Inca Trail Jungle Hike Hike on Inca Trail will take 3 - 4 hours. Learn about the plants, fruits, geography, history, legends and Inca practices of the region. Stop for photos with panoramic views of the Sacred Valley

Arrival at loki jungle Arrive at loki jungle around 7pm. Get settled in your rooms (where you will stay for your whole package) and join us for a buffet dinner. Drinks in the bar, games and activities until late. Relax, you’re in loki!

Day 2Machu Picchu

Breakfast Meet at 7am for a buffet breakfast and take your included snack pack for the day

Drive to Hidroelectrica The drive will take around 40 minutes

Walk to Machu Picchu A 3 hour walk along the train tracks and up to Machu Picchu. The walk up from the base to the entrance of Machu Picchu can be replaced by a bus for extra cost

Guided tour of Machu Picchu 2 - 3 hour guided tour. Learn about the Incas and this historical site, with ample photo opportunities

Lunch Walk down from Machu Picchu and stop for lunch

Return to loki jungle Walk back to Hidroelectrica. A van will be waiting to take you back to loki jungle for buffet dinner. Celebrate your achievement in the loki bar until late!

Remaining DaysActivities and return to Cusco

Depending on your package, you will have between 1/2 day and 1 1/2 days to fill with activities. You can also extend your stay for more activities

Day 1Humantay Lake

Breakfast

Meet at 7am in loki Cusco’s bar for breakfast. Any one item on the breakfast menu is included in your package! Bring a small bag with change of clothes and what you need for the next day, the rest of your luggage will be taken by another van to be waiting for you on arrival at loki jungle in Santa Teresa. - IMPORTANT - Bring warm clothes

Drive to Mollepata and Lunch

The drive will take around 4 hours. Lunch in Mollepata before continuing.

Drive to Soraypampa & Arrival at Lodge

The drive will take around an hour. Get your room for the night and prepare for the afternoon hike.

Humantay Lake

Approximately 4 hours round trip to the lake, a nice warm up to tomorrow’s big day, Humantay lake is a beautiful blue lagoon situated in Andes mountains.

Dinner

Dinner included at the lodge in Soraypampa. After this, rest up for the big day of hiking tomorrow.

Day 2Salkantay Pass

Breakfast

Meet at 6am for breakfast in the lodge

Salkantay Pass Hike

The hike through the Salkantay Pass will take 8 - 10 hours in total. Our start point at Soraypampa is approx 3880 metres altitude and our highest point is at 4880 metres. After passing through this high point you begin a decent down to approx 2900 metres where you will see the landscape change from mountain to cloud forest. Packed lunch is included during the hike. A horse can be hired for extra cost for your bag

Arrival at loki jungle

Get settled in your rooms (where you will stay for the duration of your package) and join us for a buffet dinner. Drinks in the bar, games and activities until late. Relax, you’re in loki!

Day 3 you have the option to fill with extra activities, or just relax in loki or at the nearby hot springs

Jungle Biking - Half Day - $25

Downhill off-road mountain biking through a region of Peruvian high jungle. Stop to sample locally grown fruits. Ride takes you back to loki jungle

Rafting - Half Day - $27

Rafting on Urubamba river in Santa Maria, and 5 metre cliff jump. Return transport from loki jungle

Zipline - Half Day - $25

5 ziplines, crossing the valley over the Urubamba river twice, and ending with a canopy walk finishing back at loki jungle

A half day hike ascending from high jungle at 1800 metres to a viewpoint for Machu Picchu and Salkantay mountain at 2800 metres. Stop for a cup of locally grown coffee and a ride on the off the edge mountain swing

Cocalmayo Springs - S./10 entry

10 minutes walk from loki jungle are the Cocalmayo hot springs. A great place to unwind from your adventure, they are open from 5am to 1:30am every day

Loki River Beach - FREE

5 minute walk from loki jungle is the perfect spot for a refreshing swim. The river is cold and the sun is hot. Best to go early afternoon

Food at loki jungleAll meals are at set times and are buffet meals. We also sell snacks at the bar. Packages include meals in cost, these prices are for extending your stay or buying separate to a package.

Return Transport to Cusco

We have vans leaving daily at around 3:30pm from loki jungle to Cusco. Talk to us

while you are here to organise return transport.

For any packages, return transport is included in the price.

Limited space so is dependant on availability. If you have a booked a package

your spot in the van for the date of your return is secure, although you can extend

your stay and take the van another day.
