Established in December 2001 by TAC INC, TACS is one of Asia-pacific
region’s leading providers of integrated transport and logistics solutions.
It has also strategically positioned itself as the headquarters for the Asia
Pacific rim to provide a network of offices across the region country, we
have offices in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen,
Hochiminh, Yangon and Manila. TACS offers a broad portfolio of customized

Though our name may reflect us an ‘Airfreight’ company only, we are in

Vietnam office has 2 main divisions :
Exhibitions Department & General Cargo department.
Exhibition Department – This office has already secured the ‘Official Freight Forwarder’
status for several major exhibitions. We are registered with Saigon Exhibition and
Convention & Exhibition Center (SECC) as their approved on-site service provider and
the preferred freight handling agent for providing logistics services to the organizers
and exhibitors. We are also members of SACEOS, SLA, AFECA and had handled
numerous government projects and is registered with the Ministry Of Finance under
EPPU & GeBIZ Trading Partner scheme.
General Cargo Department – We provide Air / Sea freighting
customs clearance and export, warehousing, inclusive of customs
bonded warehouse facilities, all types of industrial packing and
project cargo movements.

Pre exhibition planning and advisory services
Arrangement of one stop logistics services / door-to-door services
Transportation from arrival Seaport & Airport to exhibition venue and
vice versa (including storage of empties during exhibition period)
Freight forwarding by Air, Sea or Land transportation
Customs Clearance (inclusive of ATA Carnet Customs Clearance) and
customs inspection
Application of Customs documentation – Temporary import or
Temporary Export formalities
Application of Government Licenses and Permits (where applicable)
Issuing and cancellation of Bank Guarantee for Temporary import
Arrangement of Permanent import formalities and payment of GST to
Singapore Customs
On-site management and services at exhibition venue
Supplying of manpower for unpacking & repacking of exhibits on-site
Arrangement of industrial packing (such as vacuum packing)
Arrangement of cargo insurance (if required)

Our thorough understanding of the international shipping and delivery arena,
