Log onto Google Drive (log in’s sent home Week 8, Term 1)

Go to ‘Google’.

In the top right hand corner you will find the ‘login’ button.

Enter your school login information (sent home Week 8, Term 1 in little white envelopes).

Go to ‘Google Drive’

Click on the small 3 by 3 grid in the top right hand corner.

Click on the ‘drive’ icon.

Locate Your File Your file is called ‘Year Level 2020’. For example ‘Year 3 2020’. You can find it in ‘My Drive’ or it may still be in ‘Shared With Me’.

Double Click on the Year Level.

Then Class.

Then your student file.

Upload/ Create WorkClick on ‘new’

From here you have the option to upload files from your computer.

You can also create new documents and Powerpoints (slides) in this folder.

Your teacher can see whatever you create or upload into this file.

Use to create a ‘Google Docs’ (like a word document).

Use to create ‘Google Slides’ (like a Powerpoint Presentation)

Naming Documents

Very important!

Please Name files with ‘learning area, date, your name’.

For example:

“Writing 19/03/20 Bianca”
