Choose Account settings on the top of the Welcome page

Select Physician Information

Choose the individual who’s information is being edited or updated and then click edit.

Here is where you enter the PCP # or if it’s not known, you can access www.jeffnetwork.org or access the IBC provider directory.

Choose No PCP Originally in the Drop Down Box.

If accessing the IBC provider directory here you would select the POS Plan and the Primary Care Specialty.

Once you find your desired PCP and click their name, the provider number can be found along with other Practice information.
