Together, We Provide Solutions for Pain ManagementAt the Pain Center, we partner with referring providers, hospitals and insurance payers to treat patients with chronic pain disorders. We develop effective healthcare partnerships that ensure the compassionate management of chronic pain. Many of our providers see patients in multiple locations within our network of eleven clinics. This allows our providers to provide care at the patient’s preferred location, serve a larger population, and use a more team-based approach to care.

When you refer patients to The Pain Center, our skilled healthcare team provides them with an integrative pain management approach. From flexible scheduling for urgent appointments, to medication management, to non-narcotic and minimally invasive procedures. We keep you current on your patient’s pain treatment plan, including any changes in prescription medication.

Integrated Procedures, Techniques and FacilitiesWe offer a variety of procedures and treatments to help diagnose and treat chronic pain. Whether your patient suffers from diabetic neuropathy, joint pain, arthritis, herniated discs, or another condition, we offer appropriate conventional and cutting-edge treatment options.

Our goal is to properly diagnose and treat pain and prevent unnecessary further deterioration, using integrated and comprehensive programs and services that many other pain centers don’t offer. Our ambulatory surgical centers set The Pain Center apart, allowing us to offer a range of surgical options. For example, we are one of the first providers in the area to offer a new, minimally invasive option to treat moderate lumbar spinal stenosis with Superion® indirect decompression procedure. Some of the other treatments we provide include:

• Epidural Steroid Injections• Nerve Blocks• Spinal Blocks and Injections• Joint and Ligament Injections• Intrathecal Pain Pumps

• Botox Injections• Medication Management• Infusions for Arthritic, Inflammatory, Neuropathic and Muscular Pain

Quality referrals are integral to the success of The Pain Center. We value our relationship with our referring providers and make the referral process as easy as possible. Prior to a patient’s visit, we ensure that the appointment is fully reviewed and authorized.

Every medical professional at The Pain Center is committed to providing the best possible care. Our staff understands that patients with chronic pain require a unique continuum of care. We encourage our physicians to offer customized treatment plans that work for the patient’s individual condition.

If your office has access to the following records, fax the information below to us at 623.869.9692.• List of current medications• Relevant imaging (MRI, CT, plain films) within the last 12 months• Notes from three most recent office visits• Prior urine drug screening with confirmation results• Discharge information from prior pain management programs
