Location: integrated to the UNOG / CCW website (800 px [780 wide])

It will replace some of the exisiting submenus, like Protocol V database, ERW database (the narrative part can remain)

The system is open to visitors, only the uploading of new items, editing exisiting items are password-locked.

It would be introduced as a new Submenu under Protocol V. Clicking the WISP.V, will open new submenus.
