Check-It

• Check-It does will interface with your other Local Government software.

• You may create both types of checks with Check-It: payroll and/or vendor.

• Check-It can use either blank check stock or pre-printed check stock.

What does it cost?

What does it require?

You must have a micr printer in the office. This is a special printer that will print with micr ink.

Double-click on your latest check document to view the checks.

View your checks and make sure they are beautiful.

Click the Print button when you are ready to print your checks.

Check-It knows how many checks to print, just like the print button to start.

Click the red X to close the window and program.

Sign-It

Some items to remember:

• Sign-It does not interface with any other Local Government software. It is a stand-alone piece of software.

• You may sign both types of checks with Sign-It: payroll and/or vendor.

• You may sign the checks at any point in time. You can finish your check process and update to the GL, go home, eat lunch, nap, then come back and sign the checks.

What does it require

Just any printer in the office. It does not require special micr ink or a special printer like printing checks does.

Double-click your signature document to view the signatures.

View your signatures if you wish.

Click the Print button to start the printing process.

Enter your starting and ending check numbers in the box and click Print.

Click the red X to close the window and program.
