Our strengths in the thematic fields1. Innovative financial instruments
As a public company, Promoció Econòmica works in a different way from a municipality council as it is a more flexible entity
2. Public procurement and innovation
We intend to identify the needs of the innovation drivers, encouraging them to find innovative solutions provided by the business sector of our territory. Ie health cluster
3. Publicly-owned enterprises and innovation
Promoció Econòmica aims to promote the innovation in its territory. Being a publicly owned company allows us to work in a closer way to the business sector and facilitate the innovation process achieving concrete projects
4. Civil society inclusion in public innovation
Feedback arising from the users of our services is used as a value source in order to improve our work procedures

We still having a lack of financial sustainibility in the projects initiated and supported by our entity.
2. Public procurement and innovation
It is needed to introduce more innovation clauses in the public procurement processes
3. Publicly-owned enterprises and innovation
To achieve a better positioning towards the public sector (innovative, flexible, closer entity vs old, slow, burocratic)
4. Civil society inclusion in public innovation
To engage the civil society to the decision making processes
