1. For the Candidate a mobile number (M) will be provided where he can call from his own

mobile phone and

1.1. record Election Manifesto in Candidate’s own Voice

from his registered Mobile Phone

1.2. Record Instructions to Volunteers in Candidate’s own

Voice from his registered Mobile Phone. She/he can do

this any number of times in a day till one day after

Election. An SMS message will go to each and every

registered Volunteer with a message ID

2. For the Volunteers, a mobile number (M) will be provided

where the Volunteer can call to

2.1. Listen to Instructions given by the Candidate (using Message ID he the volunteer can

retrieve relevant message)

2.2. Record any feedback/suggestion for the Candidate

3. For the General Public

3.1. A landline number will be provided to register themselves as a Volunteer

3.2. A different landline number will be provided to register themselves as a Supporter

3.3. The same mobile number (M) will be provided where they can call in to listen to the

Election Manifesto

3.4. The same mobile number (M) will be provided where they can call in to record any

grievance they may have in their ward

4. Web Interface

4.1. List of all Volunteers (with a provision to add name), their Caller IDs, date &time of

registration

4.2. List of all Supporters (with a provision to add name), their Caller IDs, date &time of

registration

4.3. Send out Test SMS to all registered Volunteers/Supporters

4.4. Export To Excel Option

4.5. A provision to listen to the grievances from General Public

4.6. A provision to listen to the grievances from Volunteers
