IV. Retirement – The Local Board may consider and vote on the following application
(a-b) for Retirement Benefits in public meeting or defer decision to a later date. This
Board may hold an executive session to discuss records exempt by law from public inspection pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.3(A)(2). In addition, the board may hold executive session to discuss or consult with its’ attorney and receive legal advice pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3).

V. Request to Remain in ASRS/CORP – The Local Board may consider and vote
on the following Request to Remain in ASRS/CORP (a) in the Public Meeting or defer decision to a later date. This Board may hold an executive session to discuss records
exempt by law from public inspection pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.3(A) (2). In addition, the board may hold executive session to discuss or consult with its’ attorney and receive legal advice pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A) (3).

VI. Survivor Benefit – The Local Board may consider and vote on the following
application (a) for survivor Benefits in public meeting or defer decision to a later date. This Board may hold an executive session to discuss records exempt by law from public
inspection pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.3(A)(2). In addition, the board may hold executive session to discuss or consult with its’ attorney and receive legal advice pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3).

VII. General Discussion – Items may be discussed or voted on by the Board. At any time, the Board
may enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S 38-431.03 (A)(2) and obtain legal advice pursuant to A.R.S 38-431.03 (A)(3) to discuss details of a serious or confidential.
VIII. Call to Public Those wishing to address the Board need not request permission in advance; however, the Board may limit time of those persons speaking during the Call to the Public. Pursuant to A/R.S 38-431.02(H), the Board can only take action on matters listed on the agenda. If appropriate, actions on public comment matters that are not listed on the agenda will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or schedule the matter for further discussion at a later date.
