BRAKE ASSIST Brake Assist adjusts braking force when the brake pedal hasn’t been fully depressed in an emergency braking situation. Based on the speed at which the brake pedal is depressed, the onboard computer determines whether it is an emergency braking situation and adds brake force to achieve optimum deceleration.

ESP® (ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAMME) If the wheels lose traction, an Electronic Stability Programme automatically adjusts the engine and brakes to help keep the driver in control.
