1 INTRODUCTION

This LOAD WEIGHER receives WEIGHT SIGNAL analyzed out from the

LOAD CELL and converts them into DIGITAL SIGNAL and sends to

MICRO-PROCESSOR where to calculates and control them to DISPLAY the

WEIGHT value and finally output 4-20mA ANALOG SIGNAL

The feature of this device is to secure high reliance and safety by using

the MICRO-PROCESSOR therefore it can prevent the demage of material

and the loss of man power

4 KEY BOARD SETTING

4-1gt HOW TO USE KEY BOARD

Adjusting referring to the following

After confirming the characteristics of the crane to be used input the setting

These setting keys can be used as both selection keys and numeral keys and please

set according to the following

(1) When inputting numbers the decimal point is fixed and the number can be

entered on the blinking line Whenever the number key are pressed the line will

repeatedly move like upper line rarr lower line rarr upper line making a reenter possible

(2) All numbers entered are displayed on the WEIGHT instrument panel

(3) Press a clear key to erase the setting

(4) Press 【InputCompletion key ()】to start entering and once again press such key

to complete entering

(5) On adjusting WEIGHT and 4~20mA(OPTION) password shall be entered

5 CAUTION IN USING

As this device treats infinitesimal signal voluntary alteration and handling are

not permissible Check the contact state of each TERMINAL BLOCK regularly

Also beware of a mechanical or electrical shock for it is the main cause of

breakdown

Emit the heat well around the device

When taking out the substrate wafer from the device or any other cable

connection make sure the power SWITCH OFF

This LOAD WEIGHER receives WEIGHT SIGNAL analyzed out from the
