LNG Related experience and achievements: Gas processing plants up to 1 BSCFD capacity Gas reception and dewatering including pipeline pigging Reviewed Operating procedures, PFD, P&ID & plant model Participated in HAZID, SOM studies Participated in HAZOP & 3D model review of field design changes and new units Developing operating procedures & train personnel Conduct class room training for operating personnel using PIDs & manuals PID walk down to prepare & resolution of punch lists (A,B,C) for RFO, RFC and RFSU Loop checking in DCS, prepare & resolution to ensure end to end functionality Site acceptance test (SAT) of all major equipment & units RFO/RFC & RFSU Activities: Line blowing, dry out, purging, inerting, N2 freeing, leak testing Soda ash/water wash of amine system, catalyst loading, refractory & catalyst drying & passivation Preparing systems start-up sequence: Power, IA, FG, Utilities, SL, process units Commissioning & Start up, normal operation and performance test Project close out: Tracking & clearing punch items, agreement on contentious items Operation of LNG Related equipment: ConocoPhillips’s “Optimized Cascade Process” for gas liquifaction Turbines: Frame 3 & 5, GE Speedtronic Mk II, III, IV & V

ConocoPhillips’s “Optimized Cascade Process” for gas liquifaction Turbines: Frame 3 & 5, GE Speedtronic Mk II, III, IV & V Centrifugal compressors, turbine driven & multi stage with inter-stage withdrawal Gas compression for export as well as re-injection Cryogenic exchangers and De-Methanizer Air liquefaction to produce Nitrogen Turbo expanders Gas dehydration using MEG (-45C) and TEG (Ambient temperature) Gas & LPG sweetening using Amine (ADIP, MDEA), MEROX & Mol.sieves LPG & Condensate Storage & Loading SRU using Clause process Utilities: Inst & Secure Air; H2S, LEL and Fire detection and fighting with closed

loop fire water B.Sc. in Chemistry and 4th Class Power Engineering 20+ years of cryogenic and gas plant operating experience

Supervisory & Leadership Qualities & Experience:

Worked in leadership roles in plant operations, commissioning & start-up, project interface/PTW/Simops coordination in Ammonia, Caprolactam, Gas/NGL processing including tank farm and storage & loading in India, The Middle east (Qatar/UAE), Russia and Canda.

Worked in 7 management positions in all four process units at Gas Processing department in Qatar Petroleum.

Excellent people skills as have worked and lead multicultural and multilingual teams including stakeholder engagement and buy out

Recruitment: Review & short list CVs, conduct telephone and face to face interview for all positions from field operator to shift foreman & mechanical commissioning lead at JBOG

Personnel Management: Leave scheduling, motivating, developing progression plan, delegation, and on the job training to move to higher positions

Conducted safety walk downs and emergency drills (Internal as well as joint with adjoining industry) and leading during emergency as ER team leader.

Excellent trouble shooting skills, suggested plant changes that saved > 5 million $ per year as well as improving operating efficiency at NGL plants.

Proficient with MS Office suite, SAP (Used to drive MOC process at Oilsands) , Livelink, Sharepoint, Change management.

Coordinated operational, maintenance activities in running plant. Project interface and Simops activities while managing brown field projects for operations department.

Prepared & tracked budget for CAPEX as well as OPEX items to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded for designated area.
