According to different function and gas delivery ,
NGV refueling station can be divide into:
CNG mother station
CNG mother station is built within the location which
has natural gas pipelines or gas field, and it will deliver
the gas directly from NG pipeline network. After
purifying, dryness treatment and compress process,
the natural gas can be filled not only into CNG trailers
but also automobiles via filling devices finally.
CNG standard station
CNG standard station is built within the location which
has natural gas pipelines, and it will deliver the gas
directly from city Mid-pressure pipeline network. After
dewatering treatment and compress process, the
natural gas will be filled into automobiles via three
main devices�priority control panel, storage system,
dispensers�
CNG daughter station
CNG daughter station is built within the location which
has not natural gas pipelines, and it will deliver the gas
from CNG mother station by transportation
equipment. Then after discharging through
discharging poles, the natural gas will be filled into
automobiles via dispensers, There are two types of
CNG daughter station, one is hydraulic station which
use the special nature oil to expel out CNG in CNG
station trailer into NGV by use of hydraulic pump, the
other is CNG conventional station which compress
CNG in station storage system into NGV.
L-CNG refueling station
LCNG refuelling station is a multifunctional station, The
cryogenic vacuum insulating transportation trailer get
the liquid from LNG plant and discharge it to LNG tank
in the LCNG station. The station can be used to fill not
only LNG automobile, small volume LNG transport
equipment, but also the CNG automobile and CNG
large volume semi-trailer. It means it is a multifunc-
tional station integrated with CNG Mother Station,
Standard Station and Daughter Station.

Solutions forL-CNG City Gasification
Being a kind of high quality, high efficiency, lower cost
green energy, Natural Gas is widely used by various
industries, its downriver market is developing rapidly
with the city gasification rate increasing quickly. Solu-
tions for city gasification is more and more popular
with the characters of maturity, safety, efficiency,
flexibility, especially the L-CNG gasification project
which can provide the gas to city without natural gas
source, it is a important way of non-pipeline gas
transportation.
According to the gas transportation model, there are
mainly three ways of city gas supply: long term gas
pipeline support, LNG trailer transportation, CNG trailer
transportation. As the important supplement of long
term gas pipeline support, L-CNG transportation tech-
nology integrate the advantage of LNG trailer trans-
portation and CNG trailer transportation, can offer the
most efficient solution for CNG project in mid-scale
towns. It serve for residential users, industrial user, and
NGV user in town within the distance of 1000 km to gas
source and can achieve the purpose of both large
scale supply and point to point economical usage.

LNG plant is a entirety sets of LNG production devices,
it apply the special technology for changing natural
gas into liquid situation under the temperature con-
dition of -162�. After changing into liquid, the gas
volume reduces 600 times than before. As the newly
type energy, LNG is suitable for transmission, storage,
usage and accord with national green energy
standard.
LNG plant technology cover five aspects of differ-
ent domains include Natural Gas pre-treatment,
cryogenic liquefying, storage, transportation and
LNG utilization. Researching and developing the
import technology from USA, Russia in cryogenic

liquefying domain, basing on our sole integration
technology, Enric has successfully reduced the
investment cost, increased the operation efficiency,
especially approaching the goal of device self-
made. We are now provide small size skid-mounted
liquefy equipment (5.0x104~1.0x105 Nm3/D) and
business solutions for small scale energy-saving LNG
plant (� 1.5x106 Nm3/D)
Enric established the Weizhou Island LNG plant suc-
cessfully in Guangxi province and put into produc-
tion in 2005. The main equipment adopt the skid-
mounted structure can produce 1500000 Nm3/D.
With advantages of simple process flow, easy
operation, advanced technique, the plant shows
excellent technology and management ideas in
LNG industry. It played the very good model in China's
LNG industry development

DME is a colorless gas with light aether odor. The
vapor pressure of DME at room temperature is about
0.5MPa and its physical nature is similar to LPG. DME
is inert, noncorrosive, noncancerogenic and
nontoxic. Different from diethyl ether, DME won't
become peroxide when exposed in the air for a long
time. The saturate vapor pressure of DME is lower
than that of LPG, which is safer in storage and trans-
portation than LPG. DME has the advantages of
good combustibility, high heat efficiency, no burnt
remains, no smoke, low CO and NO emission. When
DME works as vehicle fuel to replace diesel, the
working efficiency of the engine will increase about
10% to 15%, the heat efficiency will increase about
2% to 3%, the combustion noise will reduce 5 to 10
decibel, which meets the Euro I I I emiss ion
requirements. So, it is an ultraclean fuel. DME can be
burnt by blending with LPG, coal gas or natural gas
and increase the heat capacity. More than 95%
DME can be used as fuel to substitute LPG. Therefore,
DME is an ideal clean fuel to replace LPG and can
be used as chemical feedstock.
As fuel industry, DME should be able to compete
with oil product. In order to do so, the installations of
DME industry should be under the conditions of low
investment, low raw material price and a reason-
able scale etc. China is a large country, so the
different scale production facilities in terms of areas
should be set up by making fully use of the advan-
tages of local area and enterprises combining with
local market. The large scale facilities should be built
up at the areas where the raw materials (coal or
natural gas) are rich and power is fully available. As
the raw materials are cheap, the manufacture scale
is big and the cost is low, the DME is very competitive
in the market. With regard to the future trend, the
DME equipment scale is developing toward a big-
ger scale from ten thousand tons to hundred thou-
sand tons, and then to million tons; the manufacture
technology is developing to one-step process and
the raw materials will continue using coal and natu-
ral gas. The option of coal or natural gas will be
determined based on the local resources. It is ex-
pected that plenty of DME will be put into the mar-
ket in the near future and it will become the pioneer
for the future Chinese energy.
Solutions forDEM Industrial Installation

DME is new industry with promising prospective and
it is very significant for the development of the
country's and social economy, the restructure of
energy matrix and environmental protection. Cur-
rently the 100,000 t/a multipurpose DME product
project of methanol to DME, DME fuel and so on in
Bengbu, Anhui Province is running well. Meanwhile,
the new energy saving DME production process has
employed several patent technologies such as the
new methanol gasification, new methanol dehy-
dration reactor and DME purification process etc.
Compared to other industrial equipments in opera-
tion in China, the facility can save 20% energy and
has no pollution emission. Currently the four patents
have applied for the project. Our company is able
to contract 3-600,000 t/a DME industrial facility turn-
key project, which will provide new way to acceler-
ate the sustainable energy strategy of China and
help the clean energy to be industrialized. We are
looking forward to setting up the clean energy base!

The CNG hydraulic daughter station is developed under advanced technology which Enric
Energy Equipment adopted from the US. It built in area without gas source; used for refueling
buses, the working capacity can be10000m3/D with only two main equipments: hydraulic
skid system and CNG trailer. Compare with the conventional compressor station, it need less
equipment and floor space, especially suitable for rebuilding in the present fuel filling station,
plus less maintenance and low cost.

Hydraulic CNG Station Trailer:The CNG station trailer is produced by Enric, It is the common CNG trailer developed to
meet the requirements of hydraulic CNG station requirement and automatic control, by
modifying forebay and rear cabin, and increasing high pressure connecting hose and
pneumatic valve. It is cooperated in combination with hydraulic CNG station.

five sections: frame 8 pieces of large volume seamless cylinders, safety cabinet, opera-

High PressureGas Equipment SeriesOur products have reached international level in
respect of their technology standard. As the core
product, the high pressure semi-trailers and storage
groups used for gas storage and transportation, The
water capacity can be 16.5~22.5 M3 due to different
medium, CNG, H2, He etc. All of the cylinders made
from high quality chrome-molybdenum steel, de-
signed and manufactured under the enterprise stan-
dard of China, the standard 49 CFR 178.37(3AA and
3AAX) issued of US Federal and the license E-8009
issued by US DOT. The geometric diameter of the
outer wall and the neck diameter of the cylinders
are in compliance with the international standard of
40 feet and 20 feet respectively.

Compressors SeriesAs a 56 years experience compressors manufacturer, our products have been widely
used in the Oil & Gas field, and chemical Industry, energy application and can be used
in wide range requirements, the Suction Pressure and Capacity can be specify due to
actual applicable situation, and discharge pressure can be 20~25MPa, with relevant
power from 75~400kw. Our designers and engineers successfully developed CNG V and
W reciprocating series Bottling Compressor. Our specialized experiences and R&D Ca-
pacity have now keep our product up to the international products' standards.
Our first bottling compressor was developed in 1997,
until now, we have successfully developed more than
40 varieties. Gas inlet pressure is: 0.05~20MPa, range of
exhausting pressure is 21~25MPa, nominal volumetric

is 75~355kw. Our compressors are mainly composed
of V type and W type, and can be divided into con-
ventional station, mother station and daughter station
respectively based on different functions. In order to
meet the requirements of more and more customers,
we are proceeding to develop the D type, M type
CNG compressor with great volumetric flow of
3000~4000Nm3/h.
With advanced technology introduced from over-
seas and the newest generation PLC system, DCS
monitoring system , the natural gas bottling series com-
pressors can be running more reliable and safe enough.

CNG mother stationCNG mother station is built within the location which
has natural gas pipelines, and it will deliver the gas
directly from NG pipeline network. Natural gas first
enters into compressor units through desulfurizing,
pressure regulating, metering, filtering and dewa-
tering processes etc., then the natural gas is deliv-
ered to compressors for compressing, cooling and
purifying and the pressure of NG can be reached
25MPa. Finally the natural gas can be filled into high
pressure trailers via filling poles, and it is also filled into
automobiles via dispensers.
Key Facilities: Pressure regulating & metering equip-
ment for gas inlet filtering, desulfurizing tower, dewa-
tering device, piston reciprocating compressor, prior-
ity panel, CNG cylinder group, dispenser, filling pole,
CNG trailer and gas alarming device etc.

We started to produce middle & high pressure com-
pressor in the 1950s, and the technology of high pres-
sure series compressor is introduced from Austrian LMF
Corporation in 1990s. Based on this, we independently
developed screw - piston rod tandem type compres-
sors with great volumetric flow. The compressor is di-
rectly driven by diesel engine or electrical motor, the
nominal volumetric flow is 1-30m3/min, the highest
exhausting pressure reached 40MPa, truck-mounted,
Middle & High Pressure Compressorskid-mounted and stationary types and etc. are in-
cluded in our varieties.
According to customer's demand, we strongly en-
hanced the quality improvement in the miniaturization,
intellectualization and reliability for this series
compressor. The small crank block high pressure series
compressor is of smaller volume, lighter weight, simpler
structure and higher reliability, and it has completely
independent intellectual property right.

ESC Screw Compressorand Compressor for Power
With GHH main frame, the ESC screw compressor is
running steady, has advanced performance, low noise
and higher automatic control level, and may achieve
unattended state. It is generally divided into the station-
ary type and the motion type, and can self adjust the
gas discharging displacement based on the user's op-
eration requirements, further to reduce the energy con-
sumption and the operating cost. Nominal Volumetric
flow: 3 ~56m3/min. Discharge Pressure: 0.7~1.3MPa.
We introduced the German advanced technology for V
type reciprocating piston compressor, and this series
compressor is of complete function and good compre-
hensive technical performance. It has many kinds of
patterns as follows: oil-free lubrication type, oil lubrica-
tion type, the foundation type, without foundation type,
water cooling type, air cooling type and etc. and it is
equipped with gas volume adjustment device which
can self adjust the gas discharging displacement, widely
used for domains of mine, petroleum, chemical industry,
machinery, light industry, food, medicine, electron,
instrument, scientific research and etc. It is publicly re-
garded as the ideal compressor for power and can
satisfy the different user's requirements through derivation.
