LMS Virtual. Lab 平台的作用

1、Virtual. Lab 为客户提供一套三维仿真平台:

• 1. Virtual. Lab Motion 或 Image. Lab(与Virtual. Lab具有相同的界面接口)提供激

励源;

• 2. 通过在Virtual. Lab的平台下,驱动其他相关的结构分析软件,实现机械产品从多

体分析(源/载荷)、结构分析(振动响应)、声学分析(声载荷/声响应),疲劳

寿命到优化的全过程设计。

2、Virtual. Lab与Test. Lab或其他测试系统结合使用的作用:

• 1. 理论模型修正:通过实验模型与虚拟模型的相关性分析修正虚拟模型,从而提高

模型的仿真精度;

• 2. 混合建模:通过实验数据(早期产品数据)与虚拟模型(新部件的仿真数据)的

混合建模方式,为客户的产品开发在早期提供较准确的预测结果,并为产品的设计

提供正确的修改方向。

• 3. 反问题求解:通过实验数据,可以进行反推结构的表面振动特性,从而为结构的

激励源的搜索提供依据;
