The applicant requests the consent of the Committee to the conveyance of a parcel of land having a frontage of approximately 83.15 m (272.80 ft.) and an area of approximately 2.447 ha (6.04 ac). The effect of the application is to create a new lot for employment purposes together with the creation of easements for vehicular and pedestrian access, parking aisles and site servicing.
