Performance Managers: Craig Wandke and Hermann Grünbaum The Performance team handles inquiries concerning all areas of performance that Senior Language Specialists, Training and Testing are unable to resolve directly. They attend to inquiries regarding promotions, wages, and incentive and recognition programs; as applicable. They may be reached at [email protected] or 800.874.0271at extension 87495. Attendance Managers: Celina Salgado and Jalane Temme The Attendance Support Managers role is to provide guidance to interpreters with issues related to attendance and schedule adherence. This includes providing information regarding attendance management options such as contractor payments, and time off.
