Quick Reference Guide
Communication with the LLS Staff:
We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per
year to assist you. When you contact us, please be prepared to
provide your full name (first, last) and ID number.
Interpreter Support Center:
Interpreter Response Center Team
Please contact the IRC for any technical or scheduling issues that may
arise. You may access the IRC from the U.S. by dialing (800) 874-0271,
UK 0-800-783-3502, or Mexico 001-877-561-5824, PIN 639426, press
#2 or by e-mail at [email protected].
It is recommended you call them directly should the need be of an
urgent nature.
New Hire Support Managers:
Georgette Bloomer and Rose Anne Uitich
The New Hire Support Team works with new interpreters during their
first 90 days integrating new hires into our company culture. They
provide training, and assist New Hires become familiar with company
policies, and procedures.

Performance Managers:

The Performance team handles inquiries concerning all areas of
performance that Senior Language Specialists, Training and Testing
are unable to resolve directly. They attend to inquiries regarding
promotions, wages, and incentive and recognition programs; as

Attendance Managers:
Celina Salgado and Jalane Temme
The Attendance Support Managers role is to provide guidance to
interpreters with issues related to attendance and schedule
adherence. This includes providing information regarding attendance
management options such as contractor payments, and time off. You

request for a callback.
