The Sisters
Lane + Lanae is a fine jewelry company founded in Southern California by two sisters, Melissa Lane + Alesse Lanae. The sisters grew up reimagining their elaborate family heirlooms that had been handed down through the generations into wearable, contemporary designs that still maintained their meaning. In August of 2015, they launched Lane + Lanae, creating a new generation of heirlooms.
The Design
The Lane + Lanae sisters design all of their collections together. Drawing inspiration
from fond memories of childhood, the sisters focus each collection around a
cohesive design element that reflects its name. They meticulously draw out each
piece, discussing sizing + scale to ensure practicality and wearability.
The MaterialsTheir team of master craftsmen make each piece in Downtown Los Angeles, paying close attention to detail. Using 14k yellow, white, or rose gold + high quality, conflict-free diamonds of VS1 clarity, they translate their drawings into handmade-to- order investment pieces.
The FitThe sisters believe in the perfect fit,
offering a range of all-inclusive sizes for each of their designs. They also specialize in custom orders and can make any design to
your specifications.
Collections
The Rock Paper Scissors collection is named for the round, baguette + princess cut diamonds
throughout each design.
The High Five collection is named for the round brilliant cut diamond centered on a five-fingered hand, bringing luck + protection to its wearer.
The Follow the Leader collection is named for the two golden triangles following a trillion cut
diamond throughout each design.
The Tag You’re It collection is named for the personalized rectangular plates throughout each
design.
The Connect the Dots collection is named for the golden spheres and cylinders sprinkled with
diamonds throughout each design.
