1. Teams of 4-5 members each will be formed
2. A real-scenario business problem will be selected by each
team.
3. In the following 12 weeks with the help of a Design Coach,
teams will be guided to use the Design Thinking Tools and
Methods to propose a solution.
4. Teams complete their Design projects with a prototype and
this is showcased to stakeholders
Everybody actually! Design Thinking should be at the core of
strategy development and organizational change in order to
create a culture that’s focused on a creative way of solving
problems. This way of thinking can be applied to products,
services, and processes; anything that needs to be improved.

LEARNING TOOLKIT
• Every participant who signs up for D.Learn receives a Toolkit.
• It has been designed such that all Design Tools are handy
and can be straight taken out from the Kit to be used as
Templates.
DESIGN VIRTUAL COACHING SESSIONS
• D.Learn has Design Phases of 2 weeks each
• These coaching sessions are held at the critical milestones of
Discover, Define, Design and Deliver
• At the beginning of each phase you will have a 1-1 call with a
Design Coach from QGLUE to help you realise your design
path in each phase.
• These coaching session lasting for 60 mins will be conducted
over virtual platforms

Participation Certificate
The primary is a participation certificate, given after the
completion of the workshop.
Certificate of Completion
The second is a certification of completion, given after
fulfilment of D.Learn, which is the post workshop
engagement project.
