split our business into three key services, Quantity Surveying,

Building Consultancy and Complete Delivery. We believe by doing

Flexible solutions for your building needs

With highly professional and reliable contractors based in London,

Berkshire, Surrey and Kent we can cover a wide geographical area, if

you would like Liv Property Management to carry out Quantity Sur-

veying Services or Consultancy work we can do this remotely by ar-

ranging regular video / telephone conferencing, and by arranging for-

mal visits to your site or offices.

Quantity Surveying

This is a specialist area, which is far

more complex than often appreciat-

ed. A quantity surveyor will be highly

methodical and logical and be able to

identify and cost all resources re-

quired on a project.

Building Consultancy Services

LPM are happy to provide building

consultancy services to both Main

Contractors and Subcontractors, this

can include preparation of construc-

tion programmes, preparation of ten-

ders and dealing directly with your

supply chain

Complete Delivery

LPM are also able to offer you the ser-

vice of undertaking building consul-

tancy and delivery of your project

with our specialist contractors which

have been tried and tested, using this

service you will have one main point

of contact and not have to worry

about dealing with subcontractors

directly.

Quantity Surveying and Building Consultancy Services

We have combined the description of these two services into one as we believe

there is a close connection between the two. With our Quantity Surveying Services

we can provide you with the following; Cost Planning, Life Cycle Costing, Value Man-

agement, Preliminary Cost Advice, Tendering, Valuation of works complete, Cost

Control and Financial Management. Our Building Consultancy Service will assist

you in the preparation of Health and Safety Plans, COSHH compliance, Method

Statements and Risk Assessments, and liaise directly with building control, sub

contractor's and any other professionals involved in your project. By doing this

we help to relieve the pressure and stress of what could be one of your biggest

investments.

Complete Delivery

If you are looking for one company to undertake all of the work you require, Liv

Property Management are able to do this by pricing your initial requirements,

through to delivery by using our trusted sub-contractors that we have worked
