A Konfiguration des Literaturreviews

Als Basis der Ausführungen in der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde ein Review nach den vorge-

schlagenen Phasen von FETTKE durchgeführt (Fettke 2006, S. 258–260). In Schritt eins erfolgt

zunächst die Problemformulierung, d. h., die zentrale Fragestellung, die durch ein Review

beantwortet werden soll, wird formuliert, abgegrenzt und präzisiert. Schritt zwei stellt die

Literatursuche dar, welche zur Fragestellung geeignete Literatur identifiziert. Die Literatur-

auswertung ist Inhalt des Schrittes drei. Sie soll die Relevanz der Literatur prüfen und resul-

tiert in einer Systematisierung der Literatur. In Schritt vier wird die in Schritt drei identifizier-

te Literatur hinsichtlich der Problemformulierung analysiert und bewertet. Im abschließenden

Schritt fünf werden die erarbeiteten Ergebnisse aufbereitet und präsentiert.

Das Ziel des durchgeführten Literaturreviews ist den aktuellen Stand (State-of-the-art) zum

Verständnis des Begriffs der IT-Agilität in der WI und dem ISR zu erfassen. Als Ausgangsba-

sis wurden die Top-10-Zeitschriften des VHB-JOURQUAL 2.1 aus der Subdisziplin „Busi-

ness Information Systems“ (Schrader und Hennig-Thurau 2009, S. 193) aus den Jahren 2000

bis 2011 zugrunde gelegt. Es wurde nach den Stichwörtern „agility“ und „agile“ im Titel und

Abstract der Publikationen gesucht. Die identifizierten Artikel wurden auf Relevanz zur Prob-

lemstellung hin geprüft (vgl. Tab. 53).

Eine große Anzahl von Publikationen wurde aus der weiteren Betrachtung ausgeschlossen, da

sie zum einen agile Softwareentwicklung zum Inhalt haben (99 Publikationen) und zum ande-

ren zwar den Begriff Agilität verwendeten, diesen aber nicht definierten, sondern lediglich als

Schlagwort verwendeten (82 Publikationen). Weitere 27 Publikationen hatten Agilität in an-

deren Bereichen zum Inhalt (bspw. Supply Chain Agility oder Manufacturing Agility). Die

verbliebenen 57 Publikationen beschäftigen sich mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen oder For-

men der Agilität. Als zwei große Gruppen zeigen sich dabei die Unternehmensagilität (enter-

prise agility) und Agilität im Allgemeinen (agility in general). Ausgehend von der identifi-

zierten Literatur wurde eine Vorwärts- und Rückwärtssuche (Webster und Watson 2002,

S. xvi) durchgeführt um weitere potenziell relevante Literatur zu erkennen. Ebenso wurde im

gemeinsamen Verbundkatalog20 nach Monographien und Sammelbänden unter Verwendung

der angegebenen Schlagwörter gesucht.

erhobenen Daten normalverteilt sind, was für zahlreiche statistische Verfahren eine grundle-

gende Voraussetzung darstellt. Demnach darf sowohl die Schiefe als auch die Wölbung von

Variablen nicht mehr als 1,96 mal so groß wie deren Standardfehler sein (Weiber und Mühl-

haus 2010, S. 147), wenn ein Signifikanzniveau von 5% zugrunde gelegt wird. Der Kolmo-

gorov-Smirnov-Test prüft, ob sich die Verteilung einer Variablen einer Normalverteilung an-

passt. Die Nullhypothese lautet: Die Daten passen sich einer Normalverteilung an. Wie der

nachfolgenden Tabelle zu entnehmen ist, sind alle Werte des Kolmogorov-Smirnov-Tests

hochsignifikant, so dass die Nullhypothese zu verwerfen ist. Demnach kann bei keiner Vari-

able von einer Normalverteilung ausgegangen werden. Da bei einem Test auf Normalvertei-

lung von Daten die Parameter der theoretischen Verteilung bekannt sein müssen, was i. d. R.

nicht der Fall ist, wird häufig die Lilliefors-Korrektur des Kolmogorov-Smirnov-Tests genutzt

(Janssen und Laatz 2013, S. 615–616). Hierzu wird der Abstand zwischen der Verteilung der

Stichprobendaten und einer theoretischen Normalverteilung bestimmt, für die der Mittelwert

und die Standardabweichung der Stichprobe angenommen werden. Je größer dieser Abstand

ist, umso kleiner ist der p-Wert des Tests. Die Nullhypothese des Tests ist die Annahme, dass

die Daten der zu untersuchenden Stichprobe normalverteilt vorliegen. Ein p-Wert kleiner als

0,05 als Testergebnis ist demzufolge als statistisch signifikante Abweichung der Häufigkeits-

verteilung der Stichprobe von der Normalverteilung zu interpretieren

Als weiterer Test zur Überprüfung auf normalverteilte Daten wird der Shapiro-Wilk-Test ge-

nutzt. einer Er überprüft die Hypothese, dass die zugrunde liegende Grundgesamtheit einer

Stichprobe normalverteilt ist. Die Nullhypothese nimmt an, dass eine Normalverteilung der

Grundgesamtheit vorliegt. Wird alternativ der p-Wert des Tests ermittelt, so wird die Nullhy-

pothese in der Regel nicht abgelehnt, wenn der p-Wert größer ist als das festgelegte Signifi-

kanzniveau α. Ein p-Wert von 0 sagt aus, dass es 0 % wahrscheinlich ist, und ein p-Wert von

1, dass es 100 % wahrscheinlich ist, eine solche Stichprobe zu ziehen, wenn sie aus einer

Normalverteilung stammte.

Im vorliegenden Fall kann sowohl bei der Betrachtung der Schiefe und der Kurtosis, als auch

durch die Ergebnisse des Kolmogorov-Smirnov-Tests sowie des Shapiro-Wilk-Tests festge-

stellt werden, dass die empirische Verteilung von einer Normalverteilung abweicht und somit

das Vorliegen einer Multinormalverteilung für die erhobenen Daten ausgeschlossen werden

kann (Tab. 56).
