Consider the Performance and Development Culture element of the Student Learning Whole School Self Assessment Tool and identify where your school is at in relation to literacy professional learning.

• What are your ideas about strategies and tools to use for your colleagues to present their new understandings?

Activity – Professional learning opportunities

• form a pair or small group

• each group will be provided with reference to a professional learning opportunity on the Resource

• present your findings in a way that you can share with the group to deepen their understandings.

Activity - Gallery Walk

• Display your findings.

• One person is the exhibitor and remains with the display to provide an overview or respond to questions.

• Exchange roles so each person has the opportunity to be an exhibitor.
