Qualora il prodotto dovesse venir acquistato privo di tale Manuale, sarà onere dell’acquirente di richiederne copia al rivenditore; in nessun caso, l’acquirentedovrà procedere all’installazione del prodotto se privo del suddetto Manuale. Considerato, inoltre, che la maggior parte delle operazioni richiedono esperienza e attrezzatura adeguata, qualora l’acquirentedel prodotto MICHE si ritenesse non in grado di compierle seguendo le istruzioni del Manuale, dovrà rivolgersi al rivenditore ovvero a meccanico professionalmente qualificato. UTILIZZO DEL PRODOTTO. CICLOVITALE DEL PRODOTTO E CONTROLLI PERIODICI - Il prodotto MICHE è stato concepito, progettato e prodotto per essere utilizzato su biciclette da corsa o su biciclette da mountain bike. Il ciclo vitale delprodotto MICHE dipende da vari fattori, quali, a titolo esemplificativo, il peso dell’utilizzatore, le condizioni di utilizzo, la frequenza dell’utilizzo. Un utilizzo improprio del prodotto od altri eventi accidentali accorsinell’utilizzo ne potranno compromettere l’integrità strutturale, riducendone conseguentemente anche il ciclo vitale. Si consiglia quindi di far ispezionare periodicamente (ogni 3/4 mesi) la bicicletta (sempre,invece, nel caso di incidenti con danni alla bicicletta) da un meccanico specializzato o da personale qualificato per controllare che non vi siano cricche, deformazioni, indicazioni di fatica o usura. Qualora siariscontrata la presenza di uno di questi fattori, si dovrà procedere alla sostituzione immediata del prodotto. GARANZIA - Qualora un prodotto MICHE o un qualsivoglia suo componente dovesse risultare difettosonel materiale o nella lavorazione, il prodotto o componente in questione verrà gratuitamente riparato o sostituito dalla FAC MICHELIN S.r.l., restando comunque a discrezione della FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. stessa,la scelta di quale dei due rimedi attivare. I diritti derivanti dalla presente garanzia vengono riconosciuti unicamente all’acquirente originario del prodotto MICHE e per acquisiti avvenuti nel territorio nazionale;tali diritti non sono quindi cedibili a terzi che avessero ulteriormente acquisito il prodotto dall’originario acquirente. PERIODO DI VALIDITÀ DELLA GARANZIA - Il termine di validità per la sostituzionedi parti difettose è fissato in 2 anni dalla data di acquisto al dettaglio. PROCEDURA - Verranno accettate le sole denunce di difetti - da presentarsi direttamente al rivenditore presso il quale è intervenuto l’acquisto- compiute non oltre il periodo di garanzia (farà fede la data di acquisto riportata sullo scontrino) e, comunque, entro i 30 giorni dall’individuazione del difetto stesso. La denuncia deve essere sempre accompagnatada una dettagliata descrizione del difetto riscontrato. L’eventuale reso del prodotto deve essere preventivamente autorizzato dalla Casa produttrice e comunque venir compiuto unicamente dal rivenditore; nonpotranno quindi venir accettati da FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. resi che non fossero compiuti per il tramite del rivenditore. ESCLUSIONI - La presente garanzia non opera in tutti i casi di negligenza e/o uso impropriodel prodotto, normale usura, mancata osservanza delle istruzioni di installazione, uso e manutenzione del prodotto, riparazioni compiute utilizzando ricambi non conformi alle specifiche indicate nel Manuale o nonforniti da FAC MICHELIN S.r.l., oltre che in tutti i casi dovuti a circostanze che, comunque, non possono farsi direttamente risalire alla FAC MICHELIN S.r.l.. RESPONSABILITÀ CASA PRODUTTRICE - FACMICHELIN S.r.l. declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni che possono, direttamente o indirettamente, derivare in conseguenza della mancata osservanza, anche solo in parte, delle prescrizioni contenutenel Manuale e concernenti, in particolare, le avvertenze in tema di installazione, uso e manutenzione del prodotto. Non verranno comunque riconosciuti indennizzi per l’eventuale temporaneo non utilizzo della bicicletta.

Furthermore, since it is considered that most of the operations require adequate experience and equipment, the purchaser of the product MICHE shall refer to the dealeror a professional mechanic if not considered enabled to accomplish those operations. USE OF THE PRODUCT. LIFE CYCLE OF THE PRODUCT AND REGULAR CHECKS - The product MICHE has been created,designed and produced to be used on racers or mountain bikes. The life cycle of the product MICHE depends on several factors, such as, for instance, the weight of the user, the conditions of use, and thefrequency of use. An improper use of the product or other accidental events noticed in the use may affect the integrity of the structure and consequently reduce also the life cycle. Thus, it is recommended tohave the bike periodically examined (every 3/4 months) (always, instead, in case of accidents with damages on the bike) by a specialized mechanic or by skilled staff to check for cracks, buckles and signs offatigue or wear. If one of these factors is detected, the product must be immediately replaced. GUARANTEE - Should a MICHE product or any of its components contain defects, whether material or producedduring the manufacturing process, such product or component shall be repaired or replaced free of charge by FAC MICHELIN S.r.l., at its option. The righs deriving from this warranty shall be acknowledgedin favour of the original purchaser of the MICHE product within the boundaries of the national territory; Said rights are not transferable to third parties having acquired the product from the original purchaser.VALIDITY TERM - The validity term for replacing the defected parts is 2 years from the date of retail purchase. PROCEDURE - Defect reclamations –to present directly before the retailer having conductedthe transaction– shall be accepted only if filled in during the warranty period of the product (as attested by the selling date appearing on the ticket) and within 30 days as of the identification of such defect.Reclamations shall always be accompanied by a detailed description of the defect detected. Any return shall be previously authorized by the manufacturer and filled in by the retailer. FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. shallnot accept returns not duly filled in by the retailer. EXCLUSION - This warranty shall not apply in cases of negligence and/or inadequate use of the product, normal wear, non-compliance with the installation,use, and maintenance instructions, as well as repairs conducted using spare parts that fail to meet the specifications detailed in the Manual or not supplied by FAC MICHELIN S.r.l., as well as any other situationsituation not directly imputable to FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY - FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. shall not be held liable for any damage that may derive, directly or indirectly, as a consequenceof the non-observance of the instructions contained in the Manual and related, in particular, to the warnings about installation, use and maintenance of the product. No reimbursement shall be granted for anytemporary non-use of the bike.FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to the production at any moment and without prior notification.

ATTENTION - il est recommandé d’effectuer toutes les opérations d’installation, d’entretien et de réparation du produit MICHE en observant scrupuleusement les instructions figurant dans le « manuel d’utilisationet d’entretien » (ci-après, le Manuel) du fabricant. Si le produit n’est pas accompagné de ce manuel au moment de l’acquisition, l’acquéreur sera tenu de réclamer une copie au revendeur ; l’acquéreur ne pourraen aucun cas réaliser l’installation du produit sans le manuel. Étant donné que la plupart des opérations à effectuer requière de l’expérience et l’utilisation d’équipements adéquats, l’acquéreur du produit MICHEdevra se diriger au revendeur ou bien à un mécanicien professionnel qualifié s’il estime ne pas être en mesure d’exécuter lui-même ces opérations en suivant les instructions du manuel. GARANTIE - En casd'anomalies d’un produit MICHE ou d’un de ses composants, aussi bien matérielles que survenues au moment de la fabrication, le produit ou composant en question sera gratuitement réparé ou remplacé parFAC MICHELIN S.r.l., à sa discrétion. Les droits dérivés de cette garantie ne sont reconnus qu’en faveur de l’acheteur originel du produit MICHE et ne s’appliquent qu’aux acquisitions survenues au sein duterritoire national. Lesdits droits ne peuvent en aucun cas être transférés à des tiers ayant acquis postérieurement le produit auprès de l’acheteur originel. PERIODE DE GARANTIE - Le terme de validité pour lasubstitution des parties défectueuses est fixé à 2 ans après la date d’achat au détail. PROCEDURE - Les réclamations pour anomalies (à produire directement auprès du revendeur ayant vendu le produit) neseront acceptées qu’au cours de la période de validité de la garantie (la date d’achat figurant sur le ticket fera foi) et dans les 30 jours suivant l’identification de l’anomalie en question. La réclamation devra êtreaccompagnée d’une description détaillée de l'anomalie détectée. Toute éventuelle restitution du produit doit être préalablement autorisée par le fabricant et complétée uniquement par le revendeur ; lesrestitutions non remplies par le revendeur ne sauraient être acceptées par FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. EXCLUSIONS - La présente garantie ne s’applique pas aux cas de négligences et/ou utilisations inappropriéesdu produit, à l’usure normale de celui-ci ou au non respect des instructions d’installation, d’utilisation ou d’entretien du produit, aux réparations effectuées en utilisant des pièces de rechange non conformes auxspécifications indiquées dans le manuel ou non fournies par FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. et à toutes les circonstances ne pouvant être directement attribuées à FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. RESPONSABILITÉ DU FABRICANT– FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. ne se portera pas responsable des éventuels dégâts qui pourraient survenir (aussi bien directement qu’indirectement) en cas de non-respect, même partiel, des prescriptions du manuelconcernant tout particulièrement les précautions liées à l’installation, l’utilisation et l’entretien du produit. Le fabricant ne reconnaîtra pas d’indemnisations en cas d’éventuelle inutilisation temporaire de la bicyclette.

BESONDERE HINWEISE - Wir weisen darauf hin, dass alle Montage -, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten eines MICHE Produktes genauestens nach der, vom Hersteller zur Verfügung gestellten, “Bedienungs-und Wartungsanleitung” (im folgenden die Anleitung) auszuführen sind. Wird ein Produkt ohne beiliegende Anleitung erworben, ist es die Pflicht des Käufers , diese beim Händler anzufragen; unter keinenUmständen, ist ein Produkt zu montieren bei dem o.g. Anleitung nicht beigefügt ist. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass für die meisten Arbeitsvorgänge sowohl Erfahrung als auch entsprechendes Werkzeugnotwendig sind, hat der Erwerber von MICHE Produkten sich umgehend an einen Fachhändler oder einen spezialisierten Mechaniker zu wenden, sobald selbiger, nach befolgen der Anleitung nicht in der Lageist, den Eingriff erfolgreich durchzuführen. EINSATZ DES PRODUKTES. PRODUKTLEBENSZYKLUS UND REGELMÄßIGE KONTROLLEN - MICHE Produkte wurden zum Einsatz auf Rennrädern oder Mountain Bikeskonzipiert, geplant und hergestellt. Der Lebenszyklus eines MICHE Produktes hängt von unterschiedlichen Faktoren ab, wie z. Bsp. dem Körpergewicht des Nutzers, den Einsatzbedingungen, der Einsatzhäufigkeit.Eine nicht sachgemäße Verwendung des Produktes oder nicht absehbare Vorfälle, können sich negativ auf die Integrität der Struktur auswirken und in der Folge den Produktlebenszyklus reduzieren. Aus diesemGrunde ist es ratsam, das Fahrrad regelmäßig (alle3/4 Monate) von einem Fachmechaniker oder von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal (im Falle von Unfallenschäden am Fahrrad sollte dies immer geschehen) überholen zulassen, um das Auftreten von Rissen, Deformierungen und Ermüdungs- bzw. Abnutzungsanzeichen zu kontrollieren. Sollte einer der o.g. Fälle vorliegen, ist die betreffende Komponente umgehend auszutauschen.GARANTIE - Sollte ein MICHE Produkt oder eines seiner Bestandteile einen Materialdefekt oder Fehler in der Verarbeitung aufweisen, so wird das betroffene Produkt oder die Komponente durch die FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt, wobei die Entscheidung welche der beiden Alternativen zum Tragen kommt, der FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. obliegt. Die sich aus dieser Gewährleistung ergebenden Rechte werdenausschließlich dem Originalerwerber des MICHE-Produkts für einen Erwerb auf italienischem Hoheitsgebiet anerkannt. Diese Rechte sind nicht an Dritte abtretbar, die das Produkt vom ursprünglichen Käufererwerben. GÜLTIGKEITSDAUER - Die Garantie gilt für 2 Jahre ab Kaufdatum. VORGEHENSWEISE - Es wird nur denjenigen Reklamationen folgegeleistet – diese sind unmittelbar beim Händler vorzubringen, beidem das betroffene Teil erworben wurde, die den Abdeckungszeitraum der Garantie nicht überschreiten (maßgebend ist das Erwerbsdatum auf dem Kassenzettel) und die in jedem Fall innerhalb von 30 Tagennach Feststellung des Fehlers übermittelt wurden. Die Reklamation muss stets mit einer detaillierten Beschreibung des aufgetretenen Defektes einhergehen. Eine eventuelle Warenrückgabe ist vorsorglichvon der Herstellerfirma zu genehmigen und ist grundsätzlich ausschließlich dem Händler gestattet. Es werden von FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. demnach keine Warenrückgaben angenommen, die nicht über den Händlererfolgen. AUSNAHMEN - Die vorliegende Garantie hat keine Wirksamkeit bei nachlässiger und/ oder unsachgerechter Verwendung des Produktes, normalen Abnutzungserscheinungen, Nichtbeachtung derMontageanleitung sowie Gebrauchs – und Wartungsanleitung, Reparaturen mit nicht konformen Ersatzteilen, die nicht den Erläuterungen in der Anleitung entsprechen und nicht von FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. geliefertwurden, darüber hinaus besteht keine Haftung in den Fällen, in denen die Umstände nicht unmittelbar auf die FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. zurückzuführen sind. GEWÄHRLEISTUNG DES HERSTELLERS - FAC MICHELIN S.r.l.haftet nicht für etwaige Schäden die, direkt oder indirekt , Folge der, auch teilweisen, Nichtbeachtung der, in der Anleitung formulierten Hinweise sind, besonders in dem Themenbereich, der die Montage,Verwendung und Wartung des Produktes betrifft. Im Falle einer vorläufigen Ausfallnutzung des Fahrrades, wird kein Schadenersatz gewährt.

ADVERTENCIA - Se recomienda efectuar todos los procedimientos de instalación, mantenimiento y reparación del producto MICHE siguiendo escrupulosamente las instrucciones suministradas por el fabricanteen el “Manual de uso y mantenimiento” (a partir de ahora el Manual). En caso de que el producto se debiera comprar sin dicho Manual, atañe al comprador solicitar una copia de éste al distribuidor. Por ningúnmotivo, el comprador deberá instalar el producto sin dicho Manual. Además, considerando que la mayor parte de las operaciones requieren experiencia y herramientas adecuadas, si el comprador del producto MICHEse considera incapaz de cumplirlas siguiendo las instrucciones del Manual, deberá dirigirse al distribuidor o bien a un mecánico profesionalmente cualificado. USO DEL PRODUCTO. CICLO DE VIDA ÚTIL DELPRODUCTO Y CONTROLES PERIÓDICOS - El producto MICHE ha sido concebido, diseñado y fabricado para ser utilizado en bicicletas de carrera o en bicicletas de mountain bike. El ciclo de vida útil del productoMICHE depende de diversos factores como, a modo de ejemplo, el peso del usuario, las condiciones de uso, la frecuencia de uso, etc. Un uso inapropiado del producto u otros acontecimientos accidentalessucedidos durante el uso, podrían comprometer la integridad estructural del producto reduciendo, por consiguiente, incluso su ciclo de vida útil. Por lo tanto, se recomienda hacer revisar periódicamente(cada 3/4 meses) la bicicleta (por el contrario, siempre en caso de accidentes con daños a la bicicleta) por un mecánico especializado o por personal cualificado para controlar que no tenga fisuras, deformaciones,indicación de fatiga o desgaste. En caso de detectar la presencia de uno de estos factores, se deberá sustituir inmediatamente el producto. GARANTĺA - Si un producto MICHE o alguno de sus componentescomponentes presenta defectos de material o elaboración, el producto o componente en cuestión será reparado o sustituido gratuitamente por FAC MICHELIN S.r.l., quedando a consideración de FAC MICHELINS.r.l., la elección de cuál de las dos soluciones implementar. Los derechos derivados de la presente garantía se reconocen únicamente al comprador original del producto MICHE y para compras efectuadas en elterritorio nacional. Por lo tanto, estos derechos no pueden cederse a terceros que adquieran posteriormente el producto al comprador original. PERĺODO DE VALIDEZ - El término de validez para la sustituciónde partes defectuosas se fija en 2 años a partir de la fecha de compra al por menor. PROCEDIMIENTO - Sólo se aceptarán las denuncias de defectos - presentadas directamente al revendedor al cual se realizóla compra – realizadas dentro del periodo de garantía (lo certificará la fecha de compra presente en el recibo) y de los 30 días desde la detección del defecto. La denuncia siempre debe estar acompañada poruna descripción detallada del defecto detectado. La eventual devolución del producto debe ser autorizada previamente por el Fabricante y de todas maneras la debe realizar el revendedor. Por lo tanto, FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. no podrá aceptar devoluciones que no se realicen a través del revendedor. EXEPCIONES - La presente garantía no opera en todos los casos de negligencia y/o uso inapropiado del producto,desgaste normal, desobediencia de las instrucciones de instalación, uso y mantenimiento del producto, reparaciones realizadas utilizando repuestos no conformes a las especificaciones indicadas en el Manualo no suministrados por FAC MICHELIN S.r.l., además de todos los casos debido a circunstancias que no puedan atribuirse directamente a FAC MICHELIN S.r.l.. RESPONSABILIDAD DEL FABRICANTE - FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. no se responsabiliza por eventuales daños que puedan, directa o indirectamente, derivar como consecuencia de la inobservancia, incluso parcial, de las prescripciones presentes en el Manualy concernientes, en particular, a las advertencias sobre la instalación, uso y mantenimiento del producto. No se reconocerán indemnizaciones en caso de que no se use eventualmente durante un tiempo la bicicleta.

FAC MICHELIN S.r.l. se reserva la facultad de aportar modificaciones a la producción en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
