List of Supply

It consults the supply list

To perform the search for families of goods and services, the user must access the Petronect

Website, click on the menu “Registry at Petrobras” and select the option “Supply List”.

Select the option “Supply List” to access one of the shown lists.

On interest to protect the Petronect Portal, a verification code will be asked in order to

continue the display of the list of supply for both the list of goods, and services.

Enter the displayed code and

click the “Verify Code” button.

To generate a new code, click

“Update”.

List of Supply

Option “Complete Goods List”: When selected this option, the system will only consider the

families of goods defined as Corporative use. In the list of Goods, by default this option will

initiate marked.

Group: A list of group of Goods (Single ID iniciated by M) will be presented in alphabetical

order and the option “All”. When selected a group, the system will consider only the families

linked to that. When accessing the screen, will be loaded the option “All”.

Family/Scope: Through this option it will be possible to accomplish the research for the text or

part of the text of the column family or scope of the outcome area.

In this area the user will be able to define some parameters of search before perform the

search. By selecting “List of Good”, the search parameters will be:

Option “Complete Services list”: When marked this option the system will consider only the

defined families of services as Corporative use. On the list of Services, by default, this option

will iniciate marked.

Group: A list of group of Services (Single ID iniciated by S) in alphabetical order and the

option “All” will be presented. When selected a group, the system will consider only the

families linked to that. When accessing the screen it will be loaded the option “All”.

Family/Scope: Through this option it will be possible to accomplish the research for the text

or part of the text of the column family or scope of the outcome area.

When selecting “List of Services”, the search parameters will be:

When selecting the icon “ ” will be displayed a pop-up with definitions of each parameter of

search.

After defining the parameters, execute the search of the families by clicking on the button

“Search”.

As a result, the table of the query will be displayed. This table will show the information will be divided into the columns: “Family”, “Type”, “Scope” and “Requirement”.

• Family - It will display the number and description of the family;

• Type - It indicates if the family is of local or simplified use;

• Scope - The details of the scope of the family will be shown;

• Requirement - In the line of each family the icon “ ” will be shown.

When clicking the icon “ ” in the line of one determined family, will be presented the pop-up below.

• Field “Search” – to execute the research for a requirement.

• Icon “ ” - click to expand requirements.

• Icon “ ” - click to minimize the requirements.

In case the family is of “Complete Goods”, two checkboxes will be displayed: “Own Manufacturing” and “Third Party Trading”. • By clicking the “Own Manufacturing” option, the CPS information required for

manufacturers will be considered; • By clicking the “Third Party Trading” option, the CPS information required for

representatives will be considered; • If both options are checked, the distinct information between the two CPS

family structures will be considered;

3 columns in the index will be displayed:

• Requirements – Displays the Criteria, Indicators and Requirements related to families

• Weight – Displays the weight of Criterion, Indicator or Requirement;

• Min. Value – Displays the minimum value of the Criterion, Indicator or Requirement.

The requirements file of a family of goods or services might be available in PDF format.

Click on "Export" to

save the PDF file.

Click on “Download file”.
