List of School and Community Based Clinics Open to 12-15-Year-Olds How to Use This Sheet Please use the below list of clinics to communicate with your student and parent community about clinics in your area. Clinics listed are located at schools or community vaccination sites in your district or a neighboring school district. Registration is online at the Health Department website unless otherwise noted. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a complete list of vaccination clinics in Vermont. Vermonters aged 12-18 may be vaccinated at any clinic offering the Pfizer vaccine, and at many pharmacies around the state. This list is provided for use by Vermont schools when communicating with their school communities about vaccination opportunities in their area. Complete, up-to-date information on each clinic is available in the vaccine registration system. Information on pharmacy clinics is available through each pharmacy's website.
