LIST OF GERMAN NOTARIES PUBLIC IN GERMANY

The following list of English speaking notaries public has been prepared by the British
Missions in Germany for the convenience of British Nationals who require notarial services in
Germany. The service providers named on this list have stated that they are able to provide
notarial services in English.
While every care has been taken in the preparation of this list, neither Her Majesty’s
Government nor any officer of the British Embassy/Consulate can act as a guarantor of the
competence or probity of any particular notary public, nor take any responsibility in regard to
the consequences of accepting notarial advice or services.
