The Barcelona Consular District covers the provinces of Barcelona, Gerona, Huesca, Lérida, Tarragona, Teruel, the Balearic Islands, Zaragoza, and the Principality of Andorra. This list has been divided into sections, grouped by countries, autonomous communities, provinces and cities. At the present time, the rate of first-class air mail from the United States to Spain is: 90 cents for the first ounce and 90 cents or fraction thereof. Registered mail may be sent through the Spanish postal services and return receipts obtained. International reply coupons should be used when it is desired to prepay a reply. Credit reports can be obtained through banks or through commercial reporting agents such as Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. whose Spanish headquarters are located in Madrid. The American Consulate General at Barcelona assumes no responsibility or liability for the professional ability or reputation of, or the quality of services provided by, the following persons or firms. Names are listed alphabetically, and the order in which they appear has no other significance. Professional credentials and areas of expertise are provided directly by the lawyer.
