challenges that require collective action for

lasting impact. Trident United Way brings

community partners into our schools that

help our students learn and thrive.”

We are preparing to double the number of students who receive

services in existing Links schools, and for that we need your help.

LINKS TO SUCCESSMANY PARTNERS, ONE VISION

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION

Trident United Way’s

TRIDENT UNITED WAY’S LINKS TO SUCCESS INITIATIVE IS COLLECTIVE IMPACT IN ACTION.

It weaves together the expertise of multiple organizations toward the shared goal of high

school graduation for the poorest students in the Lowcountry. Operating in 11 low-performing

tri-county schools, we serve more than 2,000 children and their families each year.

Links takes an integrated approach to academic success – co-locating

financial stability and health services for the whole family. Research shows

that these issues have a direct impact on whether children succeed in school.

Trident United Way serves as the backbone of the initiative, setting the

agenda, developing the goals, measuring outcomes and leveraging funding.

CONNECTING EDUCATION, FINANCIAL STABILITY AND HEALTH IS

THE PROVEN FORMULA FOR SUCCESS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
