KERA’s new website for educators, students and families. KERA Learn! pulls
together thousands of digital materials from trusted sources to enrich lessons at
school and home and promote community engagement.

This is a vast collection of more than 100,000 educational materials for all grades
and in all subjects so you need to filter your search to make it manageable.
Filter search by checking appropriate “grades” and “subjects.”
LearningMedia “Collections” -- Resources bundled for a single topic or PBS
show. Write topic in open box, then filter for “collection” under “Types.” Some

sets) Lessons designed to help students develop critical thinking skills by exploring
topics in history, literature, and culture through primary sources. Draws online materials
from libraries, archives, and museums across the U.S. (Middle and high school)

This nonprofit founded by former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor
teaches students how government works by having them experience it through
interactive games. (Grades 5 – 12)

Key math concepts. Includes TEKS-aligned lesson plans, videos, games and

KERA developed this curriculum to help parents, teachers, and caregivers raise
children who are socially and emotionally healthy and ready for school. The
activities, videos, and other content cover four categories: Early Literacy;
Attachment & Socialization; Nutrition & Fitness; and Temperament.

KERA’s website for young children is built around the station’s 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
weekday (Channel 13) and 24/7 (Channel 13.2) television schedules. It also has
links to digital games, activities, videos and other content tied to each show.

Portal to digital and printable resources tied to PBS Kids educational TV shows. It
also features videos, activities, apps and games. Games are sorted by “new” and
“popular” and “hard” and those in Spanish.
#PBS Kids digital materials are designed to teach the same skills as the TV
shows to deepen and individualize learning. Research has shown that kids
exposed to skills on multiple platforms tend to learn at higher rates than peers.
