Lindy Barclay is an experienced, innovative and courageous leadership trainer. She has 32 years’ experience of schooling and as a Deputy then Headteacher she helped lead her school to achieve four consecutive ‘outstanding’ Ofsteds. Lindy’s passion, optimism and belief in the power of education to transform lives, despite an ever-changing landscape, are truly inspiring.
