They have finished trimming, re-staking and pick up of the debris. It took many man-hours and truck loads to complete the task. Thank you to any homeowners who were able to trim their trees and re-stake wherever possible. If you have any questions or concerns about something that was missed and still needs work, be sure to call or email Gladys at Rizzetta Management. REMINDER… Your Master HOA and Neighborhood Association dues are DUE BY OCTOBER 1 ST . You must call Rizzetta Management, 239- 936-0913, if you have difficulty paying on time due to the hurricane. CARD/POKER NIGHT Friday, October 13th 6:30-9:30 Community Trick or Treat October 31 st 6-8 pm Residents wishing to hand out candy are encouraged to sit outside in their driveways. TheOctoberBoardmeetingwascalledtoorderandstartedwithGladysgivingareviewofthecurrentfinancials.GladysremindedresidentsthattheNeighborhoodHOAmaintenancefeesaredueOctober1st.GetyourpaymentsinbeforeOctober10thtoavoidapenalty.TheMasterHOAfeesarealsodueOctober1standgotoKEBManagement.TheARCcommitteeapprovedanumberofapplicationswithonlytwooutstandingduetotheneedformoreinformation.SocialCommittee–JohngavethankstothegreatteamontheSocialCommittee.TheIceCreamSocialwasasuccesswith65-70peopleattending.Pokernighthadabout10peopleandtheSaturdaybikeridehad11riders.Seethefirstpageandthecalendarforfutureevents.IfyouwouldliketodonateChristmasdecorationsand/oraChristmastree,contactKay([email protected]).CommunityCoalition–seepage4forinformationpresentedbyHoward.Franreportedthattheirrigationsystemhasbeenrepairedandisnowrunning.Itisscheduledtorunthreedaysaweek.TheBoardhasnotmadeadecisiononthelandscapebids.Furtherdiscussionisneeded.HurricaneIrmadamagereport–FrancommentedonthepromptafterhurricanecleanupdonebyJupiter.TheBoardapprovedpaymentofthe$17,250billforthecleanup.Therearestillanumberofhomesthathavenotremovedtheirshutters.Somemaybeownerswhoarenotcurrentlyhereandhaveyettohire/asksomeonetoremovethem.TheBoardwillneedtomakeaguideline/timeframeandamendtheHOAdocumentwithsuchguidelines.FransaidwearecontinuingtoworkonawebsiteandhopetolaunchinlateOctober.ABudgetupdatewillbemidOctober.ThenextBoardMeetingisscheduledforThursday,October26th,intheClubHouseat7:00pm.

WHAT IS COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT COALITION? • The community involvement coalition is designed as a volunteer citizen driven and operated neighborhood steering committee that will; • Oversee district meetings • Disseminate information to neighborhoods and community involvement coalition team leaders • Schedule guest speakers • Collect district criminal statistics • Record neighborhood problems and concerns and forward them to appropriate departments • Liaison to the community involvement coalition team leaders NOTE: We encourage the current neighborhood watch coordinators to serve on their district steering committee

Involvement Coalition is a program of mutual assistance among neighbors aimed at reducing crime

in our communities. It establishes communication between neighbors as well as a formal network between the community and police regarding
