Lindab RdBX makes it faster and simpler to assemble studs and runners. Once

the runners are in place, you simply click the studs into place without using any

tools or fasteners. The studs are very easy to mount, and the work only requires

little preparation. You simply place, press – and the job is done.

The studs are delivered with the flap in line with the web. Before placing the

studs in the runners, you prepare them for use with a simple push on the flap.

Then place the Lindab RdBX studs in the top and bottom runners and fasten

them by pushing the flap all the way down to the runner. Start with the top and

then repeat at the bottom. The stud is now fastened, but it is still easy to move

later, if necessary.

Lindab RdBX studs have evolved from the existing RdB studs that are used

for partition walls and offer you the same benefits: They are lightweight, rigid

and soundproof and made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Steel is the perfect

material for constructions. It retains its strength and shape whatever conditions

it is exposed to during the construction process.

The flexibility of Lindab RdBX makes it possible to easily move the studs so

you can make adjustments, even after they are fastened to the runners. The

flaps on the studs ensure the necessary stiffness and allow you to fasten the

boards as usual. You can then use the board for final adjustment and to correct

the placing of the studs.

The studs are positioned simply by pushing them in place as you please.

This means less time spent measuring and positioning the studs and fewer

errors as a result of incorrect measurements. The system simply allows you to

push the studs into place.

With Lindab RdBX you can adjust the length yourself without cutting. You

simply slide the studs to adjust the length as required. It is the same type

of Lindab RdBX studs – you just combine them to create new possibilities

and extra lengths. This makes Lindab RdBX the perfect system for projects

with special requirements such as sloping ceilings – or in the case of varying

heights. From now on you are always prepared for sudden changes.
