27% of Republicans attend religious services once a week, while 63% of Republicans consider themselves pro-life. 28% of Republicans consider themselves very conservative.

An overwhelming majority (82%) of Republicans say national security is a very important issue when thinking of their vote for political offices.

78% of Republicans say technology platform political or ideological bias is intentional, while 9% say it is unconscious.

A strong majority (85%) of respondents who said they believed tech platforms have a bias against conservatives say tech companies have become more biased in the past year.

Republicans are split (41-40) on whether tech companies should be regulated more by the government and are most worried about political speech and religious views being censored by online platforms.

Republicans are generally split (44-46) on whether they are worried about the influence of big technology on the 2020 election.

Methodology

This poll was conducted from August 1-3, 2019, among a national sample of 667 Republicans. The interviews were conducted online and the data was weighted to approximate a target sample of Republicans based on age, race/ethnicity, gender, educational attainment, and region. Results from the full survey have a margin of error of +4%.
