The open plan Kitchen/dining and seating area contains 18 Sarina downlights Plaster Round GU10 with dimable halogen bulb that provides

strong white light (GU10 halogen bulb Halopar 16 from OSRAM)) to ensure the presence of a strong domestic light with the option to reduce its

intensity to create a more intimate atmosphere, when needed.

The lighting plan is divided between three sections.

• Section one is the Kitchen area containing 6 Sarina downlights and additional Impressive LED strips also from OSRAM, located

underneath the kitchen cabinets to add additional work light. LED strips are operated by a separate switch.

• Section two is the dining area , which contains 6 Sarina downlights, like the Kitchen area. Tree additional Mali Circular Pendant Lamps

are added into the same electrical system to create a statement piece on top of the dining table and are also operated by two

individual two way switches. Switches could be found in the main entrance and exit area to the bathroom.

• Section three is the seating area., which contains 6 Sarina downlights. Additional floor standing / table light can be added, if

necessary. Plugs can be found next to TV feeds.

Most of the time designers deal with restricted areas, where design steps are quite obvious, but not this time. Producing an AV and lighting proposal for this house

conversion was a perfect challenge for Tyshka design. The house benefits from plenty natural light on its west side, however the east side is short on windows and therefor

To provide the right night lighting an AV solution is essential.

The variety of lighting creates an inviting environment through the whole ground floor of the property. One of the most eye-catching lighting elements on this floor is definitely a spectacular pendant hanging above

a beautiful Victorian staircase. However, before choosing the specific pieces for this property, Tyshka Design made sure, that all the new elements work in harmony with the existing traditional features of the property

and catered for the clients needs and preferences.

The entrance lighting scheme creates an inviting and comfortable environment, which works well with rest of the house.. Lighting in this area contains functional wall lights

carefully selected to serve the purpose.

• 6 LOLA extravagant wall lamps from GIBAS with G9 33W clear Halopin light bulbs are wall mounted along the ground floor entrance

walls, providing sufficient lighting for safe circulation around the house. Luminaires could be turned on/off by one of the three two

way switches located here.

• The glorious entrance area stands out also for its amazing Sheraton Empire chandelier hanging on the top of the original Victorian staircase.

This chandelier is made of 24K gold and crystals using most energy efficient LED light bulbs.

One of the most important rooms in the house is for client Workshop. As the room has lack of direct windows, strong working light is

essential here.

• Vigga Fluorescent ceiling lamp is carefully selected to create a strong functional working light.. Anyone looking for functional, but

appealing working light is well adviced to choose this lamps with fluorescent tubes providing strong white light.

• Additional table lamp can be used to add additional light, if necessary. Josia silver grey LED table lamp is recommended by Tyshka

design. This energy-efficient LED table lamps provide an elegant and stylish option for additional lighting with warm white luminous

colour (3,000 K).

Finally this project contains more of the Satina downlight lighting in the hallway and Cinema/Library rooms with an option to soften the intensity of the light by dimmer.
