We just want to express our gratitude
and thank you kindly for your support,
patience, and help through these
We know it has been tough not getting to meet the people who
care for your children and interacting with them about your
child’s day, however we will not be hosting meet the teacher for
the protection of our families and staff members.
We will be passing out classroom flyers soon, that way you are
able to get a little bit of an insight of who your child will be with
on a daily basis. So please keep a look out!

We will be having fun with our new themes, creation station and superhero. We
feel our children are very crafty and will have a fun and adventurous ending to
summer!
We will be sure to keep these children entertained for the rest of their time here
until we send them back to school!
Please be sure to keep your child up to date on their
vaccines! CLLC does require vaccine record copies
for your child’s file.
We like to keep up with address changes to send
thank you cards and goodies for the children.
When your child hits the age of 4 years old. We will
need a copy of hearing and vision screening results.
Phone numbers and work numbers are very important to keep
up to date for child care. (Emergencies, illnesses, or injuries)
Emails are good to keep up to date for tadpole reports.
PER CLLC SCHERTZ:
ANY CHILD WITH A FEVER OF 100.0 AND
HIGHER, VOMITING, OR LOOSE BOWEL
MOVEMENTS MUST BE SENT HOME AND
PICKED UP PROMPTLY.
IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK, PLEASE KEEP THEM HOME.
PLEASE DO NOT USE MEDICATION TO REDUCE FEVERS!
YOUR CHILD MUST BE OFF FEVER REDUCER FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE
RETURNING
Late Payments
Tuition is due on Monday each week and is late after 9:00 am on
Wednesday.
Please be sure to include this late fee in your payment.
DROP OFF/PICK UP:
We will continue to do drop off and pick up at the
front door. We have found it to be a little more
helpful to call when you are close to
the center to have your child in the
office ready to go!

Dear Parents:
The Fall school year is quickly approaching! The teachers
and I are already planning for a fun and exciting new school
year with our upgraded curriculum!
We are anxious for the new school year and for our
friends to be returning slowly, but surely!

Monday!
