1. COMPANYWe are a group of companies formed by different related societies which are focused on

lifting and accessibility activities. We develop activities connected with Building, Refurbishment, Manufacturing and Installations of both lifting products as support metallic structures for lifts and their Refurbishment and Maintenance.

Our company was set uo in 1923 by Mr. Guillermo Fabian Fisher, with German nationality living in Spain. It was set up with the name and denomination Guillermo Fabian S.L., whose address is C/ Baños de Montemayor 5, Madrid.

We have more than 80-year experience in the Lifting Sector in all its areas: Design, Manufacturing, RI, Maintenance, Refurbishment and all types of Lifting products (Lifts, accessibility lifts, Stairlifts, Hospital lifts, weightlift, car lifts, etc. bot for people and loads.

We have some Sales Offices focused on the different work areas. With more than 1,200m2 of total surface which develop and implement our products addressing both state and private sector.

We have our own Factory with more tan 20,000m2, placed in the industrial area Polígono de la Estación in Yeles, Toledo, where we design, manufacture and develop all the products that we install under the trade denomination Grupo Excelsior.

We have a management and quality system based on the Rule UNE ISO 9001:, integrated in the same European Lift Guideline 95/16/CE that marks the Rule about Design,

Manufacturing, Assembly and Final Control of lifts and its components and tests.

5. VISION

After almost a century of experience and professionality in the domestic market in lift Manufacturing, Assembly, Maintenance and Refurbishment around Madrid; Ascensores Excelsior orientates the sales expansion towards fundamental areas: Building Refurbishment and Export.

For this purpose, it counts with two clearly prepared departments to assume new challenges and qualified staff to the direct introduction in the international market.

The Refurbishment Department is built up by three specific working areas: Administration, Sales and Building.

This department is built up by workers in different sections, from whom a structure depends with more than 100 current works and 50 works are about to be started. Their function is not only to provide complete solutions for the existing lift installations, but also to refurbish and improve the existing installations in the state and private sector.

The technical department has architects and surveyors who develop, design and manage the projects to get to install the lifts in places where there are not any of them.

The installation of specific installations of lifts in buildings which are considered patrimony is one of the main activities the Refurbishment Department runs. These buildings require a detailed and sophisticated design to have harmony between the installation and the building.

The Refurbishment Department is in charge of the manufacturing of external support structures that enable the incorporation of the lift in the buildings to get the possible installation. These structures are manufactured in our own factory in Yeles, Toledo.

EXPORT DEPARTMENT:

Our webpage is available in three languages (Spanish, English and French). We are constantly working with our partners in different countries to create a strong presence on the brand Excelsior in its respective markets.

Our added value is manufacturing all our products at the factory. It allows us to offer our products wherever, following the rules and specific guidelines of each country. We adapt to their rule and we manufacture each product depending on the current needs.

Our final objective is based on the client´s satisfaction, as well as doing business with each partner with whom we collaborate. Finally, we offer a rewarding deal with each person who uses all our services in Ascensores Excelsior.

6. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products and services are based on a technical and professional solvency. They are designed to generate, throughout our values fulfilment, a sustainable and long-term relationship that addresses our clients´ satisfaction.

Our products cover a wide range of lifting items, where highlighted:

• Standard lifts, dumbwaiters, stairlifts, lifting platforms, car lifts, etc. • RML Lifts.• Lifts with reduced dimensions in pit and travel. • High speed and eco-friendly.• Self-supporting structure screwed in folded sheet or structural tube. • Metallic structure sets of stairs and access platforms to the buildings.

The service commitment Grupo Excelsior with its clients is based on several criteria:

The target of the Export Department is to build a solid network with our distributors worldwide to promote and administrate our products that are more commonly demanded to create awareness of the brand EXCELSIOR abroad.

8. CERTIFICATIONSThe company Ascensores Excelsior is highly committed with quality and excellence. For this

reason it has had the international standard ISO 9001 since 1998, with all the inspections passed.

This mentioned quality system follows the established guidelines by the European Guidelines related to Lifts 2014/33/UE, from which quality certifications were obtained related to module E annex VI (ensuring the quality in the final control of elements such as safety gear, overspeed limits and doors lockings) and the Annex XI module H1 (assurance of quality applied for design, manufacturing, assembly, installation, final control and lift tests). This certifications are processed by the entity OCA Cert.

Moreover, the quality system covers the established guidelines by European Guidelines related to machines 2006/42/CE where the certification of the annex X was obtained. (Ensuring the total quality for vertical platforms). Certification processed by Lloyd´s Register.

The same valid system for the following of the UE Regulation 305/2011 which establishes the harmonised conditions for the commercialization of products of construction, particularly in the case of manufacturing of structures and self-supporting ladders. Certification processed by OCA Cert.

Grupo Excelsior aims people lifting and steel cut, that is why the lifting manufactured lifts for the refurbishment of building to have a lift installed, accessibility products for lift assembly, maintenance and steel cut for industry.
